Nothirium + LittleTiles Fix

I need both of these mods, miniblocks for special generation of structures and dungeons in the world and nothirium for rendering optimization (I also use optifine for resourcepacks and this is the only working option that gives a strong increase in fps). I'm here for the first time, do not understand the writing of mods and do not know how much it will cost, so I will be glad to any comments! :3

Nothirium is bad, and has incompatibilities with Optifine. You shouldn't use it.

If you want better FPS, check out the Modernized project in this discord, it has all the good optimization mods you need.

Other than that, use a better version of java with good arguments

Last I checked the list was pretty good. FermiumBooter is fine, if you think Nothirium is good and FermiumBooter is bad, then you're a lost cause, sorry

Yes, your opinion is very valuable and worthwhile. i'm going to go put fermium on top of cleanroom instant to duplicate mixins for the sake of another file name and for you personally! 2 similar mixins at same time give me x2 perfomance!

If you want the mods that require a specific one, and don't work with the other, that's on the mods

And it's not a big deal to run 2 anyway

I personally didn't see a performance impact from switching to Cleanroom so I'm not using it for now

There's an old saying, three morons is a lot of power. I am in the commission section and will wait for someone over 18 years old to hear a normal opinion and pay money for a GOOD solution to the problem.and I've seen the opinion of the fermium co-developers in hell.

I tested them not so long ago and all that fermium achieved in comparison is more game crashes for no apparent reason than with other asm. And the only place I've seen where this mod would be praised is in my thread now.

Modernized actually uses Nothirium. It has an appreciable impact. I don’t think there are alternatives to Nothirium

I use it, but I need Little Tiles to create more thinks, forms and detailed parts of the interior with the possibility of interactivity. As an example in the Supersymestry modpack using Little Tiles, cabinets are created in which you can hide or store things and with the help of a recurent complex in the world, buildings are generated with these storage and random loot. They have an animation of the door and sound when opening. And this is only the most banal thing that this mod can do.
In the future, I would like to create a dungeon with smart traps and other from miniblocks. Most importantly, Litlettles has an addon to importing models .OBJ format from the Internet to the game along with the texture, which would import the ready -made Blander assets for custom dungeons

But the problem is that without a noterium in my assembly of 250 mods of FPS falls from ~ 700 to ~ 460. And such an increase, I also lose inaccurate.

Strange. Optifine lowkey added load time to my modpacks and made things worse for compat
Nothirium worked pretty well, but probably due to having an nvidia card

I'm AMD (sadly), so that might be it. IIRC Optifine does impact load times, but with a modern setup I still load in <2 minutes, and 75% of that is just AW2 loading structures lol

AMD isnt bad with their recent cards, I rock a Ryzen 9 CPU and a 4070. Ive got no idea why Optifine impacts my game badly. I only wish for a shader alternative to optifine

Optifine usually doesn't hurt performance, unless you enable some super fancy settings or shaders. It is very setting-dependent though

If its the game and or PC crashing, Event viewer might have some answers.

No just the computer. usually ~1 minute after booting up, no apps

I tried updating AMD drivers many times, and windows updates, no change

Sometimes it flickers, and then shows me an AMD error message (I've sent the report a few times). Sometimes the screen stays black and I have to power cycle

Sometimes the GPU disables itself after that crash, sometimes it just warns me and then works fine

I haven't. I've done surface level dust cleaning but never unseated/reconnected anything

definitely give it a shot. if no luck with reconnecting it, try also using DDU (display driver uninstaller) and try reinstalling the GPU drivers from scratch
