So yet another ARR mod that has been suggested for a backport.

Firstly, we'd need EXPLICIT permission from the Mod Author to backport, then secondly, we'll need a mod developer to backport it.

Also, we do have an end expansion for 1.12.2 (end expansion). Betterend was also being backported

Yes, I have the End Expansion mod, but I like it less. And cool for better end!

Is the port in progress or already done for better end in 1.12.2?
