I doubt it would be good, because if it launchs skulls it would heal the player on kill and there would be no easy way to actually make the values separate

Well the funny thing is I can't because the code does not differentiate
What I could do is make a middle man that differentiate and then both mods can use that to do config
But that would be a tiny dependency and I feel like it ain't right
