Ever wanted to be on the ground floor of a brand new releasing server? We are just days now away from the Beta, and I’m looking to recruit some staff for the release and for the future.
Steal a Block is a server loosely inspired by Steal a Brainrot with an ambitious new direction to integrate MMO components and progression. Players can steal Blocks from other players and compete to collect the rarest ones. During Storm events, Blocks get an extra chance with higher rarities, or to get Blocks which are enchanted for more money. We need lots of different staff with a passion and a vision for the server.
Below is roadmap for the servers future
Stage A (Beta – current): Core gameplay complete and playable.
Stage B (Professions Update – in progress): Levelable pickaxes, axes, and fishing rods; craftable professions using collected Blocks; enchantments, player levels, and profession islands.
Stage C (Dungeons Update – planned): Custom-mob dungeons on islands, unlocked every 10 player levels with rarity scaling.
Misc (future): Monetization/store, map redesign, quests, profession islands, dungeon islands, custom items.
What roles are needed?
-As this is a new server, many roles are needed. Most roles are volunteer for now until the server grows, with limited paid opportunities for high-impact work. Potential roles I am looking for:
-Builders
-Mods/Admins
-Community Managers
-People good with marketing
-People good with discord
-Custom item/block modellers
-Logo Designer
-Dungeon Masters (in the future, once the dungeon update is being worked on)
-Other roles (please specify)
