A different kind of renewal, we don´t want a shredder sponsorship, we are making lots of events to build.

Jetski Rescue training Course public good - to create a Gnars Rescue Team
Travel to Arica - Chile to meet Big riders friends and make Vlog experience content, big surf with the professionals (onboarding)
Nico's Podcast The Powecast, gnars Merch and constantly talking about cripto, nautical sports and fitness.

Its a mix of public good IRL event action and media awareness with great onboarding process.

Facing all front IRL onboarding, Ig and X medias, and podcasts audience.

Everything will be a onboarding matter and gnars awareness, showing the bond of crypto and sports.

@lament fjord is a Gnars Shredder and builder for more than a year, and @ancient magnet Rickyday his brand manager, a builder for this DAO since 2022 making public good and specific props.

Combining the power of Nico's media and influence on Nautical and jetski rescuer world they team up for a big prop that will shake Gnars world into surf ocean eviroment.

Man loved the Gnars certificate photo, so Gnarly for real, great idea! And love how you guys have promoted the DAO so far, great work.

About the prop, I like this fresh approach you guys are bringing. Create a Gnars rescue team can be huge, especially when rescue teams are mandatory in official events, we can get HUGE exposure as a community from this.

Also love the idea of the podcast, especially when the cost for all episodes (including merch) is just 1k.

Considering the cost is 12k and that's just to cover the first cemester costs, I'd like to ask what's your plans for the second semester and how much do you think the cost will be. Cause it's gonna be sad if we fund this first "Gnars Rescue Team" semester and won't be able to fund the next one, everything will go to waste.

About the gnars rescue team, we will make something around 5 to 6 crew to offer in future events for the second semester.
This semester is to make the training for us to build this team.

About cost, the ideia is to sponsor a team that will represent gnars and our brand in all their rescue jobs, it will be a team of shredders for rescue. I don't have the exact amount, but I think the same amount of this prop. (4 eth or 12 to 15k) so we can start our marketing, event contact, we are going to look for big events that have strong media on it.

But again, I'm just guessing values, after we get our crew we will discuss the right cost to represent gnars, at the begging we will need almost for free at those event to get them to know us, but trying always to deal with the with something that gnars can handle

Otherwise if the cost get much higher for gnars we can make part gnars, part nounsdao .
The same they did with the breakable team to world wide championship.

Second semester, we will do more classes. It will be a course that will be included in the calendar, it will be held every year. The cost will be the same, within this cost we will include some courses even at this value. With a rescue team formed, we will start to enter events to be able to provide security, we will set up a project to take the Sports Secretariat to the city hall of Búzios/Rio de Janeiro, to be able to provide security for water events in the city. In addition to events in the city, we will look for other events in Brazil at the forums.

Hey guys.. I like that you're coming up with props, but honestly I don't think is worth investing 12k on a rescue team. I'd rather invest this resources into big wave surfing (it creates much more content and raises much more awareness).

My suggestion to this budget would be to take Ricky and Nico to visit some big wave surfing in Brazil, especially what happens in Rio / Espirito Santo, and there they can collaborate with other big wave surfers. I am available to introduce you guys to everyone in the scene in Rio and Espirito Santo, take you for sessions and create gnarly stuff together.

Maybe even Nico could be towed into a big wave (I can pilot for him), Ricky can be on the boat piloting and helping people create content..

I don't like the gnars rescue team idea - it will drain resources from the treasury for an activity that is secondary. The primarly activity is big wave surfing, and that's where I think our focus should be.

Regarding the podcast, I don't think mixing up fitness and bodybuilding with gnars is kinda cool, I'd prefer having a podcast with you two.
