One topic we need to think is, lots of people will start submitting proposals again.
Nice people, and people that will get the money and run away.
Before start the proposal we need to structure a format to gnars.
Example:
Submitting a proposal will need to make a proper file with all you will do.
Marketing, content, event details.
So the DAO can analyze to see if it is a good Idea.
First proposal can't be big grants, soo we can trust first. Like me I asked 0.43 eth to go to Indonesia, it was my first prop to myself.
@buoyant tapir was already a shredder, he asked 2 eth to go to Indonesia, we know he delivered before.
And if you want to submit again to be sponsored, you need to show insights of your previous proposal, what you achieve.

So we can be more serious DAO. And will try to prevent these scam people just asking and running away.
And not delivering.

We saw a lot of shredders that disappeared after he get the grant.
Some asked for 6 month sponsorship, after 1 month disappeared.
Those peoples are already marked.

But we need to take care for new ones

I really like this optic, DIY spots are my favorite. However, I believe that we don't need to look so much from the perspective of reform, events in skateparks (and other locations for different sports) also help to spread our culture.

we dont need to rush into how we are going to spend, now that we have this new potencial, may be we have time to evolve this proposal into documentation and tooling for ourselves, align ourselves and then we start spending it.

literal interpretations will not be as useful as understanding where similar impact can be created , can be a skatepark (example, creating one in uganda finally would be worldwide impactful) , can be skate street art instalations (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UUoL2ZLByIA) , can it be finally cleaning some very important beach or other surf example.

I think when we say skateparks , its a way to illustrate to voters.

and the first thing we need when we wanna cause true impact in an area is comming to the locals and speaking through the ambassadors ( skaters, surfers of gnars)

I'm a surfer, but before that i was a skateboardin addict… when I reached some spot and there was a different rail or a crazy obstacle, that was when had fun.

and I think the projects like Noggles rail at praça XV, is awesome.

it mixes technical and artistic design in addition to being a great objective to promote gnars. I don't know exactly how the project for implementing what exists in Praça XV is going, but imagine others of these in other G spots like Praça XV.

It would be cool.. besides making a good connection between OG skateboarding tribes.

Agree and disagree, is a way to show that who does the prop can ask for some grants and his is in some level.
But guide line is a file (hackmd) example for props, soo they can put all infos needed to make a good proposal.

I think it's interesting to think about a
Risk management mechanism for the treasury.
I am following the props topics and selling the material charge for the props made.
I believe it is interesting for builders with approved props to deliver them and give satisfaction to the community (somewhat obvious), but I believe it is more interesting and cleaner for both the DAO characters and the image of the DAO itself. That builders will be able to propose new proposals upon delivery of the last approved proposal.
I believe that this way we will be able to reduce the bottleneck in the delivery and execution of unfinished props and defend the treasury so that people are not controlled by greed in the treasury.

This could result in a points system and bring more confidence to the builders. If you do not deliver the prop within a predetermined time, your points could be reduced. There is indeed a lot to think about this but I believe it is a good risk management mechanism

I'm gonna write up a blog post to release early next week. Have some serious insights to share.

Gnars focusing on "enhancing environments" will foster community growth, while onboarding shredders as creators, will literally change the game. I really hope That's Gnarly agree with me, that they should go all in on the Zora Network.

We need to research existing council and government initiatives all over the world, get feet on the ground in every location, augment what is already being done, even get more funding from government grants and do so with our advocates all over the world.

A database, simple published spreadsheet with links to all these initiatives, would be incredibly powerful. Then wherever you're from, you can quickly see how to get involved at the local grassroots.

Gnars ideally would do this:

• Enhance environments for shredders to do their best work
• See our presence, tap/scan a nfc/qr and see 30 sec video
• They are prompted to open our app/site on their phone
• Mint their tricks, lines, creations for 100% FREE on Zora
• We earn first minter / create / mint referral rewards
• They earn zora protocol rewards too, we all make $

What's really cool, is it's like an "MVP for Shredders"

• for example: mint video of a line, preview of video part you wanna make, enough rewards roll in, you get validation for your idea, and the $ to go out and complete the film and make more $

• same can be applied to Gnars with action sports content, especially That's Gnarly

I'll elaborate on some care points and come back with something more structured.

The basics would be, if you had a proposal approved with a good delivery, you would have points to make bigger proposals. But the focus would be on containing the risks of the treasury being attacked by greed to fill their pockets, where the builder who had an approved proposal and who did not deliver what was promised would not have the right to submit another proposal until the delivery of the last approved proposal.

I’m actually concerned about potential malicious/spam/scam scam props getting auto paid when using the protocol. Not sure if there’s a way to mitigate that.
Cos as it stands, whoever is handling the admin of a round now has the ability to avoid paying bad proposals. Not sure if that ability will exist in the protocol version.

Yeah, I’m assuming whoever setup a round has the option to veto props.

But if that’s setup by our DAO executor, then we’re in trouble cos it would take a subsequent gnars prop to veto any prophouse prop.
