#Issues trying to use BuffBuff

I have tried using their own Customer service, and that was a waste of time, totally!

In a nutshell I am trying to top up and every time I try to do this, I receive the error in the screenshot

I’ve tried using 2 different cards, and had the same issue with each.

Does anyone have any idea on how to top up on their please, as I am close to not bothering any more, despite their great prices! 🤬

Thank you for providing the details. We’ve checked on our side and there is currently no interception or restriction placed on your orders by BuffBuff. We can also see that you have previously completed successful transactions.

Based on the screenshot, the issue appears more likely to be related to the payment channel rather than a platform block, although we cannot fully confirm this yet. It may be helpful to contact your card issuer or payment provider to check whether the transaction is being declined due to risk control or security restrictions on the card.

At the same time, BuffBuff will also reach out to the payment channel to further investigate the cause. Please note that their response time may be longer than usual.
