With the skin I have bought the corresponding profile picture. I cannot find them any more since the start of S4.

Thanks for the reply, but ingame it says otherwise. All the other avatars like Quaesitia are missing too

Based on the screenshot you provided, this refers to the hero portrait shown on the battle preparation screen, not your social avatar.
