HIs phase 3 is still running for 26 days, his phase 2 ended yesterday. So hat would be weird if he ment that.

It's not normal to count clepsydra from continental challenge to phase 3. If it's not a bug, devs must change this. Phase 2 it's exactly about continental challenge. Phase 3 it's about last boss
