Oh, wow... let me try those heroes, maybe I could finally beat that level...thank you...I could almost beat them with some dps but elcebre's healing and pargu's debuffs keeping me stuck in the level...

I'll copy my answer to Mephisto. This is my tactic.
Oh you have Journ. We have similar team except you don't have Garrika, she can be replaced with Ripekas. My recommended team is Journ with hourglass and high accuracy holy hunter set, a healer (Torrin should work, give him your most fitting healer gears), Ripekas with accuracy and defense and maybe Kukulkante or the Jar, Karf with witch remains and holy hunter set, and Durem with Whisper/Oil artifact and the following gears: high accuracy chest; magic crystal refinement and the other that boost burn; and crit rate gloves. One of the chest/gloves are precise carnage. Position Journ in the middle back, Ripekas middle front so both battle skill will hit and hopefully stun all enemy for a bit. Because Pargu and Elecebre is in the back, you need to manually target ultimates of Journ, RIpekas, and Durem to hit them. The ultimate order doesn't matter except activate Durem after Karf, just do it asap. Once Elecebre goes down, kill RIpekas, then finally the rest.

The general Idea is that the team consist of a melee tank, Journ, a survival hero, a debuffer, and the nuke. Melee tank is positioned in such a way to direct the enemy in such way that as many enemy stand in the path of Journ battle skill. If they have debuff, energy manipulation, or control effect like taunt, even better.
Survival is healer such as Torrin, Oggok, Rose.

Debuffer inflict debuff and control effect. Some good debuff and control include stun, charm, fear, recharging speed penalty, attack penalty, defense penalty, etc. This include Tamar, Karf or Lossenia with holy hunter set, Elecebre, Ghul'ende or Zhar'loth. If possible, get someone that cover as many tiles.

Nuke is those who deal the most damage. The cheapest is Sigrid, Ghul'ende with dps gears anc accuracy, Vidimir or Hvitar if you use frost, Premtsa, or Durem.

Most importantly, positioned them next to Journ, with nuke on the corner surrounded by Journ, healer, and debuffer. This way they'll survive long enough even with a jumper like Questa because she can't reach the nuke.
