#Problems with logging in and reconnecting.

Hard resetted the modem/router, tested my net speeds etc. Everything works fine (other games too). Any tips on what this may be?
Every time I complete a pvp match in the worldwide tournament or team match, I get disconnected from the game
have same issue, micro reconect every time when try enter any batle. same issue on PC (via enthernet) and on mobile (via operator internet)
right now the servers seem to be down period
I got booted 3 times under 30 minutes.
So today’s task in pillars and equipment is out of the window. Now it’s almost midnight and I need to sleep.
Normally I do this daily tasks before bed.
The issue started with last update on 14th. The problem is mostly happening about an hour before grand arena settlement, so I suppose it is caused by too many players logging to server at same time. I suggest doing dailies at earlier hours to save yourself headache. However if you want to compete on grand arena ... this is no good.

In order to better solve your problem, please provide the game log so that we can further investigate the cause:
How to provide logs:
- PC: Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs.
- Android Mobile: Navigate to Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files.
Please find the log files ending with .log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.
Here, a log from it happening just now. I'm standing next to Vortex and nobody is around, which is obviously not happening and rather shows game has no connection to server at all.
This is how I know the connection is lost: game shows "Unbound" even though it is not true. Right now it has been more then half hour game is completely unable to connect to server.
i have the same problem with insane ammount of lag 5 min in loading screen after i log in with google and when i click to claim something i stay 10-20 seconds the guild tab doesn't load even aftrr 1 minute i think

over 1 Hour now disconnected; and this happens every day since 14th update (sometimes not that long)
changed from Romania to London with VPN and now i log in instantly.... this is insane we need the power to change server pathings cause this is rly bad i can't stay 24/7 with vpn just to play dragonheir silent gods
For me VPN also helps. And issue have started after lasy updated. I'm from Poland, VPN serwer was Holland.
Now the fun part: when I could not play today I logged out from main account (on Reborn server) and loaded secondary account (on new server). And guess what? I could play normally on new server. Back to Reborn server account and still nothing, took another half an hour for game to start working.
Maybe number od player playing on new serwer od much lower.
As for me the issue is around 3pm till 11pm CET

it's a pathing problem it's clearly the way they route their servers from Certain countries/locations through the internet if VPN fixes it it means they need to offer a different ip to connect through for people that have these problems.
smth like this and they need to provide us different alternative pathings or ask the networks involved to path somehow else but i think that's auto or smth that's why ppl sell pathing services so you get less lag in games saw so many of those services
btw magically after some time I don't have lag anymore even without VPN strange how only between certain hours it happens .
that would not explain why changing account works - unless reborn and new player servers are on physically different servers
they might or they might limit/route new player/ old players differently did you try to go again on old account and it didn't work? after working 1 sec before on new account ?

also pinged game server while it does not work and results are perfectly normal, 20 ms and no lost packets
It is not a network problem, it must be problem with code introduced with last patch
I’m not able to log in for an hour now. Just comes up with check connection or a server maintenance warning from the title screen tap to play come up but won’t let me in. IOS version
So I got on for 10 min then got booted off server error. It’s not my side my online is running perfectly

1.Does the issue only occur in specific scenarios (e.g., Temporal Vortex)?
2.Does it only happen on specific device types (e.g., Android, iOS, or only mobile)?
3.Does it only occur in certain regions (e.g., China, Russia)?
4.Does it only happen under specific network types (e.g., mobile data)?

In my case: 1 everywhere 2 PC, could not test phone yet 3 Poland 4 wired connection (Orange as operator)
- Every where, 2. Mobile, 3. Poland, 4. Wi-Fi (fiber Orange operator), mobile also Orange operator.
Just tested during current break, phone is affected same way as PC
However, again while my main account on Reborn server was not able to play on phone I could run secondary account on new player server on PC without problem.

No unfortunately it didn’t help. I have the same issue.
The cursor is definitely DH but that’s as much I can get from th game

Cant log in on my phone but can log in on my PC at home. Keeps recycling the intro screen, you click facebook login and nothing happens.
