Well from the looks of it you didn't finish the quests. If you press track in the bottom right corner it should either give you hints on your map or f.e. for flowers of the sickbed go to all the altars on the first map (altar of flowering etc)

Hi Traveler,
You can trigger the prerequisite quest “Debt Cleared” near Unyielding Silk, and then go to Corruption Cliff Square to accept the quest [Top Criminal]-Where the Research Funds Go，Flowers of the Sickbed。
Also you may explore on your own or communicate with other players.
