Hello, I can't claim the helio dice extra rewards even though I've used the prophecy code and gave the invites and the lock order got bugged even though i've locked them in a specific order and I wasted 10 helio without knowing.

The order of locking doesnt define WHEN a hero occurs, the Number of the Roll does (1-25, lowest number gets summoned ingame first)

every youtuber said it works like that ....
even got a friend to help me with lock in t be sure because I knew it worked like that
the 2 legendaries where summon number 3 not summon number 1 but the in-game order was respected you are saying I had luck to roll 3 on the first dice to get the first 2 legendaries in my first pull even though I locked those champs first?

If yes, than that would be weird, but i am 100% certain you did not lock roll 1 and roll2, thats why roll 3 with 2 leggys was your first 10, as they should have been per Design of the prophecy Event

And your no1 and no2 are not locked per your screenshot, so the first locked no is your 3 and therfore summoned first

You need to claim prophecy first, yes, BUT you dont have friends supported on the claimable dice yet, thats why nothing is claimable
