@crude aspen As you can see in this screenshot, which I captured today , from July 18th, until today July 31st (date of this current screenshot) the system remains operational with the same error.
Could you please show us the participation account? Here are the steps:
Press F12.
Go to "Console" >> Click on "Object" below.
Copy the Open ID number string and send it to us.
Once we receive this information, we will immediately forward it to the development team for verification and resolution.

1418505864951084032 as shown in the screenshot. One note: the old account, of the 5 I used, that was linked to this same email was called Osolum. I migrated its data to my current account and now it is called Ryu.

Travelers can only select and evaluate old characters from before the server restart; it is not possible to choose new characters created after the server reopened on July 17th. May I confirm with you: are you currently on the nickname selection page, and after selecting your old nickname, are you prompted that there is no character information?

May I ask if you selected 5 characters from the provided list, or did you enter the nickname "Ryu" for the valuation? According to the rules, only old accounts can be valued—new accounts cannot be valued. Additionally, if you are a US region user, you can enter your nickname for valuation. If you are an old player, you need to select one of the characters from the list for valuation.
I'll answer one more time. I created my account at least 14 months ago and linked it to my Gmail email address. After that, I changed servers four times within the account, creating five accounts under the same email address. The account I used the most within that same email address was Osolum. When the game updated, it asked me to pre-register, and I did so with that same email address, which had five characters linked. When the game server opened, I clicked on the option to start as a veteran, and the game asked me to choose one of the five old accounts. I chose the Osolum account. Then the game asked me to give this character a name. I named it Ryu and joined the REBORN 12 server.
Everything that was in the other account, became part of this new account. However, on this system's website, they don't accept that my Osolum account is called Ryu and it gives an error.

Thank you for your detailed explanation. According to the rules, for non-US accounts, you can only participate by using the third-party account linked in the game and selecting one character from it. Based on our verification, when you performed the account valuation, you entered the nickname "Ryu," which resulted in the prompt that account data does not exist. Simply put, when you create an account in the game and inherit a character, changing the name will not affect your participation in account valuation. According to the rules, you can only evaluate your old character, and as a non-US account, you may only choose from the listed characters for assessment.
