Why hasn’t anyone responded for hours about the login issue I reported? You still haven’t said when it will be fixed— is this how you treat your players?

Next time use your old report-thread and ask in there, a new ticket wasnt necessary.
And btw: support are humans too, they need sleep as well 😉 and did a heck of a job yesterday
I told them to fix it immediately, but what I meant was that they need to give a specific time. Am I saying they shouldn’t rest? As a game developer, why is it that after promising a server launch time, players can’t log in and they can’t provide a specific time for a fix? And what's the problem if I report a new bug?
2 Tickets, same issue, same reporting person = unnecessary double work.
And if they would have known the issue it would not have occured, ao needs to be analyzed and located and doing that canr be predicted wirh a timespan ... as it has been posted in the other thread, it was already said yesterday the fix will be done today IF they can.
And its not up to you to tell them IMMEDIATELY, they decide about urgency.
Are you not understanding me? I didn't say I want them to fix it immediately, I want a specific time. Also, who are you?
If the pre-launch testing weren’t so inadequate, why would there be so many issues? Shouldn’t you be reflecting on how well you’re doing your job? And yet you still have the time to waste mine by opening two separate threads just to chatter with me.
