Ok now how do i join the 1st acc server?

As per what SGRA Flora said, sadly you cannot inherit 2 characters on the same server. They'd have to be on a different one

If you really want to try, any alliance leader of an alliance level 2 or higher can generate a server invite for you to join, even if the server is full. From what I gather tho, trying that just logs you into the character already created there, stopping you from making a second one and thus not being able to inherit another character on the same server.
