In the new event for pre-registration. Right before you claim they ask you if you have played other games and to attach screenshot. I should have said previous player of Dragonheir, but since I failed in placing in correct slot I was concerned of not getting a higher rating. I have searched everywhere for old ID. You may not know this but I was one of the first to ever test this game. Starting with the week one and every single test thereafter. I was hoping someone could find it so I can claim a higher rating and possibly get compensated somehow? USA player from the start. Thanks if you can help. I hope this explains better.
I have a black screen when i lunch the game with a New version
From another bug report: Issue 100% RESOLVED. For Android, Uninstall game (updated over old version) and Install again. For PC. Delete old/updated game from Steam, THEN go to you C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common folder and MANUALLY delete Dragonheir Silent Gods folder - then Install the game and all working.

The screenshot you provided is not the role ID, but the device ID, which cannot be used to locate your account. Currently, the server is under maintenance, and we are unable to use the system to query account information. After the server reopens, you can provide your character nickname, and we will attempt to look up your information.
Your game account data is associated with the third-party account you have linked. Therefore, if you selected "I am a new player" during the evaluation and used a third-party account (Apple ID, Facebook, or Google) that was linked within the game, you will not be able to log in again using the same linked third-party account to participate in the valuation process.
