Dear Traveler,
In this event, players can log in to their existing Dragonheir: Silent Gods account (Google, Facebook, Apple) and select 1 character for evaluation. Once you proceed to the next step, the character cannot be changed. To prevent accidental operations, there will also be a secondary confirmation button on the page after selecting an account for evaluation. Suppose you have already selected a character and proceeded to the next step. In that case, the data has already been generated, and we are unable to perform a rollback for this operation. Your understanding would be highly appreciated.
I did not do what you are describing which by your definition means I should be able to go back.

I used my new account with the only character nicknamed ShishkaBob. I chose ShishkaBob. I also used my Old account which had 2 characters named ShishkaBob and WalleyTacker. I chose WalleyTacker. I think my original ShishkaBob character was more valuable though, but I’m not sure because the site auto-confirmed my results even though I logged out without ever pressing confirm.
When I refer to my original account, I mean my US account. Sorry for any confusion.

Thank you for your reply. After checking, ShishkaBob and WalleyTacker are two different accounts. Could you please try logging out of the third-party account on the event page and log back in with the correct account ShishkaBob to participate?
I don’t understand what you mean by third-party account. I am able to successfully log into both accounts. Logging in is not the issue as of right now.

You can open the event page, select the participation entrance, log in with your linked Google/FB/Apple ID, and participate in the valuation activity.
I think we’re having a misunderstanding. I am not having trouble logging into anything. Let’s try this again. My old US account had 2 characters. WalleyTacker and ShishkaBob (A). Once US servers were no longer available, I started a new non-US account and created 1 character and also named it ShishkaBob (B). For clarity sake, let’s call these ShishkaBob(A) and ShishkaBob(B). I am not having any issues with the account evaluation of ShishkaBob (B). However, when I logged into Dragonheir with my old US account, I was presented with 2 options to manually type in: WalleyTacker or ShishkaBob (A). I believe ShishkaBob(A) is more valuable than WalleyTacker, however I evaluated WalleyTacker first and then before I confirmed WalleyTacker, I logged out of the old US account with the plan of logging back in and evaluating ShishkaBob (A). When I logged back in to the old US account, the evaluation of WalleyTacker was confirmed and set in stone. Now I come to you asking about how I can get ShishkaBob (A) appraised.

If you are referring to the situation where the wrong account was selected for evaluation on the US account, please provide a screenshot of the "Existing Characters" section from the login interface. If possible, kindly provide the Character ID or check whether you might have saved any previous screenshots. The series of numbers located at the bottom left of the screenshot is the Character ID.
The screenshot you are requesting is impossible to provide due to the fact that when I log in, I am no longer given “existing characters” to choose from since it was automatically confirmed like I described earlier.

Could you please provide the character IDs for these two US region accounts? You may check if you have previously saved any relevant screenshots (the string of numbers at the bottom left corner of the screenshot will be the role ID). If you have made Google payments in the past, you can also provide the order number starting with "GPA" to help us locate your account.
I don’t have the screenshots since it was so long ago, I don’t think I should be expected to have those. My US accounts were through my Apple account. I don’t think Google was tracking my payments and I’ve never paid anything through the Google play store.
