I appraised my account by login, but wanted to see what the appraisal would be if I uploaded some screenshots as well. It never gave me a prompt to confirm the appraisal of my screenshots and it is one rank lower than the login appraisal and seems to be locked in now. Was wondering if there was any way to reset out appraisals.

In this event, players can log in to their existing Dragonheir: Silent Gods account (Google, Facebook, Apple) and select 1 character for evaluation. Once you proceed to the next step, the character cannot be changed. To prevent accidental operations, there will also be a secondary confirmation button on the page after selecting an account for evaluation. Suppose you have already selected a character and proceeded to the next step. In that case, the data has already been generated, and we are unable to perform a rollback for this operation. Your understanding would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. We can apply for a reset of your evaluation results. Please note that after resetting the evaluation results, your adventure squad records will be cleared, and you will need to create or join an adventure squad again.
If you still need to reset your evaluation results, please reply "Agree to reset", and we will report it to the team for application (it is expected to take 3-5 business days for verification and processing).
