Personally, I don’t understand — my current server is in a Different world state, but we received a message saying that only the "Eye of Therma" server will move to the new season. What about us? Why did we spend time collecting the clepsydra only to find out after the fact that we won’t be moving to the new season and might not receive any rewards? Or will we? We don’t know how to proceed — should we keep playing or just wait?

there is no reasons for you to be affraid
no other S4 server will join S4 intermediate IV, but with the update incoming in following month, starting a new one will be detrimental to most of futur comps tbh
keep saving, everyone will get the update, and spend your sandcore 😉 For players finishing their seasons in following days or weeks, we will see what they plans. but they only will lack S4.infinite season, that should not be a big problem so you have a good start with update
