Walker's Trails no compensation after migration?

The message from 6.11.2024 mentioned Walker's Trails compensation. I did not receive it, I had purchased the Walker's Selection package.

All rewards from the ealkers trail have been sent via ingame mail, plese doublecheck and if not in the mails, sent your id and ingame name and server name here

Daily vortex, daily pvp, and enrage vortex, as shutdown happend like at 3am for me and i couldnt claim those between reset and shutdown .

Oh and i think hard Training was there once too

That's cool, after restarting the game and landing on a new server, we didn't get such compensations
And these compensations were mentioned before the server migration 😅 🙈
