I just downloaded this game on my PC, I have restarted, checked the repair, and everything else I can think of. I know that it is not a network issue on my end. I cannot login as 'guest' or with my Google account. All I get is an error code [-104999][-30107] server error message. Also, it is downloading resources @ 2.5+ Mb/s, so I now network works.

Is there a specific link that the login is looking for? If it is different from where the resources are downloaded from, it may be blocked by my router. If I knew the link, I could allow it through. That is the only thing I can think of that may be different.

- I’m on a pc using my eero router network, there is no 4/5 g
- I have yet to log into the game once…so I have no server, no characters, no cache to clear
- I literally just installed the game for the very first time, it did updates, and I ran repair when it did not work at first.
- I am running an Alienware AMD ryzen 7 5800x 8 core processor at 2.8 ghz with 32 gb ram, and windows 11 pro
…my on,y thought is that the link the game is trying to access to login is different than the one from which resources are downloaded; if so, my network may be blocking the address…what is it? All the resources loaded just fine.
NOTE: I just tried to access the game for the 1st time today..it had some minor update and then immediately popped up the login screen with the same system prompt error message: “Error code [-104999][-30107]: Server error. Please contact customer service or try again later.”

Wow, I do not get it…I have NEVER logged in to the game. The error pops up immediately after it checks for updates. I have never had a chance to look at the game in any way. If you released info about this back in July, I am surprised you have not repaired the issue by now. This does not bode well and is most disappointing.
