Glad I’m not the only one, quite confused by what’s going on.
Dear Traveler, thank you for your inquiry. Due to overall strategic adjustments, we regret to announce that all in-game top-up services and user registrations for Dragonheir: Silent Gods will be discontinued On July 16, 2024, at 04:00 AM EST, and all services will end in the US on September 16, 2024, at 04:00 AM EST. Players in the US region will no longer be able to access and log in to the game after that time. We are very grateful for your support and love for the game.
Can you let us know the reason why you're ending service to the US?
Dear Traveler,
Thank you for your message. Due to adjustments in our overall operational strategy, we regret to announce the cessation of game operations in the United States region.
We fully understand that such changes are undoubtedly a source of inconvenience and disappointment for you and players from other regions, and for this, we deeply apologize. We sincerely appreciate your long-term support and affection for our game. Every player is of utmost importance to us.
Regardless, we will embark on this final journey together with you and all US players, continuing to explore Adenthia.
We also hope that this situation will not affect your spirits. Temporary farewells are made in anticipation of even better reunions in the future.
So this was a strategic decision by the company and not because of US regulations?
Hello, Traveler.
It's true that we are discontinuing the game in the US due to an overall strategic change in operations.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
What’s a special refund service for US players mentioned in the announcement?
Why does one or the other has to happen and not one is the reason for the other ? 😉
It's likely. I was just trying to find out more information 🙂
