my luck here. I have a problem with my Thea ult. With a timer on, and set to a 18 sec rotation for flame domain, it doesn’t fire at 18 seconds as expected. Why is that?

You did not took into account Recharge speed penalty cast by Rose. The boss cycle is longer then 18 seconds because of that.
