Guys you need to do something about Synarell. How did he even go past the testing phase? He is the only hero in game that can keep the enemy team under ATTACK PENALTY II (reduce damage output by 50%) for 10 sec on both BATTLE and ULTIMATE skills. Usually heroes that have ATTACK PENALTY II on their BATTLE skill, the duration of the said debuff is 5 seconds long. On top of that he has a 75% success rate of inflicting said debuff and the more ridiculous of all, unlike other heroes his debuff infliction requires no ACCURACY.

Not to mention his big damage and healing.

Possible solution is to reduce the duration of ATTACK PENALTY II that he is inflicting from 10sec to 5sec. Can also reducing his success rate of applying the said debuff to 50% and make it dependable on ACCURACY.

I can confirm that he does not in fact, require accuracy. Anyone in game can build him right now and take him into venom 9 and he will never have his debuff resisted. Same thing applies to 400 resistance enemies in pvp. Not sure if it's an oversight, but mine has 40 accuracy and has never had his debuff resisted. He's only missed the chance. (No "Resisted" message has ever popped up, and he maintains close to 100% uptime in vortex.)

I assumed this was part of his kit, as the tooltip says "cannot be resisted," which is why we stack accuracy on any other champion with a debuff, to bypass the "resisted" state and get our debuffs through.

As an aside, he's currently got an incredibly broken interaction going on in game right now. The buff duration reduction in Vortex 4 currently allows his ultimate buff to be low enough duration that it ticks down during the short pause that happens when a boss skill is cast. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but when it hits 0, it causes his heal to proceed as usual. THEN, after this happens, the usual "debuff rollback" to the duration it was before the boss's cast began happens, and it triggers again once THAT duration goes down to 0, doubling his healing. This can easily be reproduced in game, but I have no way of recording it, so I'll have to rely on someone else providing the video reference.

However, you may be able to see evidence of this by looking at my combat log from 4/10/2024 (This past reset.)

Yeah and the vortex issue isn't actually something that'll come up when the buff duration isn't reducd. Or at least not nearly as often.

I believe he's the first unit to heal like this when a buff ends so it makes sense that it's an outlier.

I do t know why nerfing is a solution, maybe on heroes like rook that just did OP damage where its godlike damage

Regarding your inquiry about Synarell, our team has verified that the previous issue with Synarell has been fixed. Currently, Synarell's ultimate skill functions as described: the Attack Penalty II reduction effect only depends on the skill's hit chance percentage, not on Synarell's Accuracy or the enemy's Resistance.

Not having a go at you. Just noting it was mentioned about not nerfing op champions unless they are godlike, but we have nerfed a half decent epic
