Elminster put first time shields from battle skill on 8 second of battle instead >5. Its a bug or i something missunderstand?

Hello Traveler. Actually we think it worked as intended. The countdown time starts at 04:59, and Elminster cast his Battle Skill at 04:54. The reason why there's a delay is that skills of every Hero have animation to play before taking actual effect.

The video provided by you is 12 seconds long. The battle starts at the 5th second, and Elminster casts the battle skill at the 10th second. The cooldown time for the skill is correct.

sorry, but im not understand you. Shields and buff from battle skill apears at 4.52. That is 8 seconds after battle starts. Cd of battle skill is 5-1=4 (leg art skill haste), there are no word about some animation delay in description.
