Game keeps claiming not to be desktop version daily. I downloaded the desktop version twice.

This is the second day in a row that this keeps happening. I did in fact download the correct version, but the game keeps having this bug and I don't feel like I should have to sit through uninstalling, reinstalling, and then being made to wait several hours for 'updates' every single time I want to play. Please fix this.

(How to get the logs on Pc: Find the directory where the game is installed in the system files, click on it and there will be a logs folder)
[Game installation full path]:

Please pack all the log files and send them to the email address [e-mail]. In the email, please mention your character nickname/character ID.

I have already been forced to use Discord in a situation where an actual customer service live chat would have been preferable. If there was an actual email it should have been apparent before forcing me through a needlessly complicated Discord link. That being said, I have screenshots containing all of the information you requested and I will send them here.

Frequency of the issue is every single time at startup, scenario where issue occurs is at startup.

I have the pc version and am using an actual laptop, not a notebook that looks like a laptop and acts like a mobile device.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game three times, and I have used the repair button five times. This is an issue with the pc download version and I cannot fix it on my end.
