How is this possible to do 60 Heliolite Sommons and no legendary only a hand full of epics and all RARE! this must be a lie or something! Legendary 3% make it 0.01% Epic 17% make it 3% Rare 80% make it 96.99% Why is Rare in Heliolite Summons so high!? this must be a bug!

No it was not all in the same Banner, in the beginning of season 2 I used 40 or 45 Heliolite in one of the first banners. then i spend like 10 in a banner 1 or 2 weeks ago, and now 9 in Heliolite Summon.

So the pity counter is banner specific. So you gotta roll all 35 on the same banner.
In the settings, you can go to customer service, and see your last 7 days of pulls fyi.

i have yet to see any bugs with the pulls, it's always the player making mistakes. just show evidence of history of your pulls.
