Fire/Necrosis 5/5 Affinity Does not work

Leveling from 0 to 3 makes no difference. Did a before and after attempt with Irzillas and no dmg increase or visual buff takes place.

I'm not sure how i can replicate having no 5/5 Fire/Necro affinity as I've already put points into it. Any screen recording I provide would be insufficient to replicate the problem im describing. There is simply no buff or damage change
