Hi, I am also having the same issue. It started when my server entered the other world exploration. I could not finish any of the boss challenges because it keeps getting disconnected before I can finish it.

The issue only happens when connected to my wifi. I do not get disconnected when using my mobile data. However, the provider for my mobile data and my wifi are the same. The company is Globe.
I keep getting stuck on this screen, tried switching to other network providers (wifi-mobile internet). Nothing seems to work for me, i'm guessing the game servers have crashed or something.

I figured it out. I had to force stop the app and restart my phone. Seems it's not a connection issue if you get stuck on opening the app

I don't think this is a network issue because using the same network and after enabling my VPN, I no longer have the disconnection issue. I think it might be a good idea to check your server.

Same for 2 days now, dragonheir kept on disconnting for no reason at all
Increscent 6 is my server please fix this.. i tried changing my network its still the same and i reinstalled the game twice but still no fix. Its really hard to farm with this problem.
