Rose passive doesn’t work with artifacts

Rose’s passive states that when she has a buff the enemy can’t resist debuffs inflicted by the hero.

However if she uses artifacts with inbuilt debuffs, for example witches remains or crown of the unclean, they do not work with her passive, and can be resisted.

Her passive says ‘debuffs inflicted by the hero’, and with debuff artifacts equipped, they are inflicted by the hero, and should be covered by her passive.

Please fix Rose so that debuff artifacts, and any other debuff mechanics, work with her passive.

Our team have tested that when Rose has a buff, even if the enemy's Resistance reaches 10000, the debuff applied by the artifact cannot be resisted by the Boss. Please tell us when the debuff of the artifact is resisted by the Boss, does Rose have a buff state?

Crown still only has a 75% chance to debuff, if you hit that 75% then it can't be resisted

Kindly be noted that When Rose has a buff, the debuff applied by the artifact cannot be resisted by the Boss if this debuff is triggered normally. Which means Rose's passive will take effect if wearing artifacts like Crown of the Unclean and triggering the effect.
