Hello, can support please clarify the rules for the 35 summons legendary guarantee on the Heliolite Summons banner? If i summon 30 times without a legendary and the Aggragate event ends, do i still have 30 summons towards a guaranteed legendary/pity, 19 days from now? Does this banner reset pity/guarantee when events end? Is it the same regardless of any special event attached to it? is it a standard banner for purposes of pity, or does it reset with these special events? What about for players in their first 30 days, when the bonus legendary at 80 summons event is active and then ends?

Please clarify. We need a guarantee/pity counter.

This new Heliolite Summons will be opened on the 29th day of the season. You can check the specific event schedule in Events - Event Preview.
In addition, after the new Heliolite Summons is opened, the number of card draws will be reset, and then the number of card draws in this period will be recalculated, and then different levels of prizes will be unlocked.

In the first month of a season there is an event on the Heliolite Summons banner. Summon 80 for a bonus random legendary. that is what im referring to. If im at 30 summons towards the guarantee (35) as per the rules, and that event ends, i should still have 30 summons towards the guarantee, regardless of any change of events on that banner?

The pity/guarantee doesnt reset, to my understanding. Yes?

i guess its just a bit confusing. Why does the guarantee reset at the end of that event, but not the current event? Why guarantee/pity counter reset at all?

Isnt this a problem? if a player does say, 25 summons on that first month banner and doesnt get a legendary -> the banner ends and their guarantee/pity of 25 resets, back to 0. If they are unlucky, then potentially they need to do another 35 summons to get a legendary?

like should f2p just not do any summons in their first month because potentially all those summons could be wasted, when it comes to getting a legendary character?
