Is there a way to make equipting equipments on characters easier? And a way to sync my current equipment to the competetive one. It absolutely pains me to sort my equipment one by one at the pvp field if i just want to use the same thing as my PVE field....

Yeah the current system is not very intuitive, but it actually works. You can save your gear loadouts through the "Plan" option and then upload them to any other toon in pve or pvp by clicking on the red "Equipment" button in the gear menu.

@twin elk go to any hero, click on an equipment, at bottom left there is a plan button. there you could save, add, edit, etc...
