#Cannot start the game (PC-client)

Hi.
I re-installed the game severall times. I ended up with the notice, that I need to download more game-related-content. Then it stands at 0b/s and nothing is downloaded anymore.
There is no issue with my connection (VDSL) nor with my PC (Windows 10 - latest Updates).

Regarding the regestration error, please follow the instructions below:

1.Make sure the game is not installed on the C drive.
2.Ensure that your operating system is 64-bit, and the system version is Windows 10 or higher.
3.Avoid spaces in the installation path, for example, C:/Program Files (x86)/EisenCloudGame/DragonheirSilentGods/Game/Dragonheir_Data/UnitySubsystems.
4.You can create a new folder on another drive, rename it to use only English characters, and install the game there.
5.If the issue persists after these checks, please provide us with the log for further verification.

Here's how to obtain the log:

C:\Users(Replace with your username)\AppData\LocalLow\sgra\Dragonheir Silent Gods\

Thank you so much for your reply, can you please also provide a screenshot when the download speed is 0b/s and a screenshot of the system message that says "need to download more game-related content."

This will help us identify the issue more accurately.

ok.
After re-installing the game the download always stops at 71,4 % automatically (I have enouph diskspace ;-)) :

When I enter the game nevertheless :

I click ok and then I can watch different pictures , but nothing happened anymore:

When I then go the task manager and kill both processes ( the game and the launcher) - next time I start the launcher I have no start button anymore:

This was my procedure 5 times re-installing the game. Hope that helps, cause I really don't want to play on bluestacks!

Is there any update on this topic? I really don't want to play the game on bluestacks the whole time.
