Pre Registration: I have linked accounts that show my name also check marked the char i want.... When i go to "bind" i get this message: Failed to link account. This account is already linked to another account. Do i just need to wait for settlement?

• In-game account is bound, make sure these two are not guest accounts.
• Please also inform us of your the account id

@graceful kernel I’m having the same problem with not receiving the character I selected in the pre-game app. Both accounts are linked to my Apple ID. Although before I hit lvl 5, I did happen to randomly draw the same hero, so not sure if that would have bugged the system from mailing me the same hero?
