corrosion enablers do dmg 5-50% if dmg they did is applied as corrosion on enemy (effect works different on mobs/pvp compared to bosses), rook takes applied corrosion 16% of it and convert it in to true dmg (cant be buffed but can crit). So his dmg is based on how high is corrosion that you applied so you need enablers to put crazy amount of corrosion for him to even work

corrosion intensity means how much of dmg that you did is applied as corrosion.

you want them to do high dmg get rook i5. i5 double number of his attacks. This make enablers put more corrosion and he also instead of using 16% of corrosion used 32% and do dmg with that

So everyone is on Season 6. There are some in Celebration Season 1 (Not sure about that one tbh)

So everyone that was in S1-S5 were all moved to S6 (so no more staggered seasons, but we still have a season system)

I know this doesn't answer your question but just want to make sure you know that different damage schools dont play together. For example lelwanis and ozul are both necrosis but lelwanis is a summoner and ozul is shadow. They have 0 synergy with each other.

Also in the hp front, there are mechanics on your team that could affect HP after the battle starts. Such as the hero directly in front of torrin who gets extra hp

That could help. Replacing lelwanis with more shadow will be hard since there arent a ton of dps heroes there yet, especially for vortex. Not really where they shine

When raid shadow legends first started, clan boss was hard, progression was hard but now new players get ascensions, free leggos, resources to help new players catch up to the end game. So...the game had to evolve, just like this one is doing

Player base is the lowest it has ever been so they need to make some changes if they don't want to die a slow death

Moving everyone to the same season isnt an evolution to me because any new player will be at a massive disadvantage and that will deter a lot of people.
It also makes it near impossible to plan teams effectively, you are woefully prepared for any content since you would be starting in the latest season, even if it puts you all in a server of new players.
It also didnt really change much, the game is still pretty much what it was in the original Dragonheir, save for some QOL changes.
THe player base being low is a consequence of the change and people moving on because they can already see the numerous bottlenecks that will be coming.

And maybe they shouldnt have put everyone in the same season but since the players kept asking for it, here we are.

in the school specific magichess mode, does hero skill matter? like if i scroll a hero will they have those skill upgrades in that game mode? cant pass wild stage 7 for the life of me but none of my wild heros are skilled up so if that matters then it makes sense

Atm, i'm testing aura + wild in chess and getting some good results

Mainly the sorcerers to stun at the start of the round, just to add that little rng to teams who also running aura or dauntless

Stunning Kurvida or Talethea at the start can really give you an advantage

Awesome strategy on the sorcerer stun! Teams dont really synergize where a specific other school is best. Really depends on the heroes you have in those schools and if they're meta for chess
