This is annoying because it bricks certain situations when its randomly procced

it dont change that there is something weird with design of that ulty and i doubt its intentional like channeling. Channeling makes no sense unless you can fully controll timing of when you cast something. In game that is fully auto play like chess and pvp and especially chess where you dont even have much controll over amount of haste you can put. It makes no sense. Remove animation and you still have ulti that consume energy and does nothing offten enough

generally burn team is built around durem as main dps, unless you have highly inspired aschetius he is rarely the main damage dealer, but he can work in a pinch to add some dmg to the team.

Durem, Karf, Beags, Zraacs may be better though

The hope is that you pull a Kurvida before hand and then yiu can pick Guin.

guin is still very strong when paired with champs like tharivol and sutha, and she's great solo dps for fae and arena, but you won't hit the powerspike until you have guin + arti + nastj + kurvida probably

If you just get guin she will carry through loads of content. I used her for fey/fey meander, all dungeons etc with sometimes 4 supports.

For vortex you really do want them all, eventually. Took me like 2 seasons to max her. Well worth it.

lets say that most likely best unit in game is guin. Can dps even alone that unusual dps always need 1-2 enablers some even 3 enablers yet guin can solo dps. Works good even without artifact... Pretty sure nothing can compare to that. We still didnt test kurvida so can only speculate but she looks like will be pretty crazy but most likely not to be pick over guin

However, I think I might wait a couple pf days more, just to see how it goes in Tavern Gambit, and if Kurvida makes a very big difference there.

Depends what content you want. For vortex guin and kurvida with either Tharivol, Surha, Garett etc and two supports are good.
For other content she works fine herself and some supports.
