Frost isnt great currently and Corrosion is expensive. You could build Iceblast as well but thats also maybe not the way to go as they fell off quite a bit with Vortex but they should still be viable for speed running.

But you dont always have to go with synergy.

build entire team tanky and with 350+ resist and you can use that to win against most teams

Corrosion is expensive and should be a long term goal. Dauntless is also expensive but is serviceable at lower inspirations.
Also you have 0 Corrosion because Reytah is not corrosion but poison support.

So me personally i would suggest Dauntless if the choice is Dauntless or Corrosion

The thing is rating dragonheir heroes is very tricky because one character is never strong by itself you always need a strong synergy to make them excel

I and another did ask for help in selecting a hero above, no one has responded. I have watched cc videos from wilsun, gorax, skratch, oddone etc, but im usually missing at least 1 or 2 heros to build this or that team, and on some elements i have almost nothing at all like shadow for instance

the thing about those veteran content creators are that their deck has aged considerably..hence when you are watching it is best that you pay attention on the skills/mechanics that these heroes have that you need to clear and use the filter function to get it from your other heroes that is non legendary

it will bring you to the page where you can claim free summons on the website and then generate the code when you have locked 100 of your selected results and apply in game to be able to summon that hero

and once you generated the code it will need 7 days to be reseted again

so unless you multi-gmail and multi trying the prophecy summon you won't get the premium that easily tho

and please when you lock the summons you did, locked those with legendaries in it early i.e no.1 locked, no.2 locked so that you can get it earliest with your summon free helios instead have to wait until 100th summon.

Unfortunately the speed of release of new hereos and constant changes to the gameplay loops make it hard to outline "the best"

Good news is: there are a lot of different modes where heroes can shine, even if they are suboptimal in others.

I'd say the general rule of thumb is that it's way easier to outline useless heroes. Which are not as many as useful ones.

Maybe we should have a tier-list of NEVER SCROLL heroes 😅

i remember vortex s1 is just about staying alive, to do so then you can use oggok and time its ulti as per boss skills that should boost your dmg

S1 element but don't pay attention too much to it for now..it will be difficult..since you have athereal try make her work and keeps them alive.

and again..the skill level also is important..i doubt you have it maxed yet

max your support first as they will keep your team alive

my principle is vortex is two if this can help you

1. Dish out maximum dps early so you get the most when the boss not hitting that hard

2. Last longer so you can dps more while staying alive

so its always between this two so you test and see the results with your comps

Frost is really your best pick @tidal perch use torrin and fellosia those supports specially fellosia will keep you alive for ages! Make sure to have more hp on fellosia, vortex will target the hero with more hp, has damage dealers I don't know how strong aethereal is has a single target dmg, I would go with aethereal, lossenia and hauster but if she is not doing great you might have better luck with ice blast epics

Having the right timings is quite important as well

And having characters scrolled makes a huge difference

yeah depending on the game modes. Vortex aim is to deal most damage within the time frame..the equipments boss is to kill before the time ends anything you use is practically viable

You might even want to break the 5 affinity and take oggok casting at 15 and fellosia has well those 2 together are broken

ideally you get a team capable of top 5 vortex on your server to keep you there, and that is the most important reward in the game

blade colisseum is great rewards but equalized so you don't gotta plan your pulls for that

the magichess event is good rewards but too competitive and the time slots mean most players can't really compete

so basically just pull for what you find fun / build strong teams

i really find talethia fun and she's so versatile for all areas of the game

so i am kinda leaning towards i5 talethia, but i also want i5 guin for same reason

i5 rook helped me maintain top 5 vortex these past 2 seasons, but he's not very fun tbh

ice blast can remove 1 buff from enemy with talents or heal when doing dmg
Dauntles can only heal when doing dmg
Poison puts poison aside from that dont do much and cant consider it debuff in usual sense so no debuff.
Corrosion well have poison vurnability and can reduce enemy reisstence with talent but not really debuff in usual sense.
TB can put electricuted most useless debuff in game but also not debuff in usual sense.

well necro has tiamat and ethereis now, lightning kinda relies on whatever it's paired with, but grish and maashtur are very strong supports, fire has scar now and journ is amazing and fun, plus some really good support options like sinarelle khrysos garrika, poison is the ugly duckling, reytah oggok are the only real standouts that i can think of, and ice has felosia feenja which are always strong pairings for whoever gets it.

Radiance imo is kinda overloaded with supports, especially with anneliesis now she's overtuned af.

everything excels at something different, but toxin and frost feel like they fell off hard in pve

I think people sleep on corrosion in pvp too, like there's 1 strong whisk team i see every season that looks worthwhile

yeah that's one thing i really like about dragonheir arena is there is a big rock/paper/scissors thing going on where if you put in time / effort / gearing properly you can kinda counter every strategy with something else

of course the i5 everything players if they put in equal effort will dominate still, but you can take them down once in a while sometimes

Naraka is actually built on rock paper scisors... pvpe here is not evne working like that. Adding Aetherial made is bit like that cos its not aura and shadow mixes. Any way even Naraka that is rock paper scisors timing can counter this mechanics evne on things that are designed to counter that type of attack

Hi guys - I'm a new player and have a dilemma - summon Hvitar or Aethereal? Any advices from experienced players?

no one have experience with aethereal cos she is just released and you need 1-2 seasons to see how something actually performs. Most ppl didnt even pull on her so pretty sure advices form experienced players will be "stick to what you know" and suggest hvitar. Testing Aetherial she seams more flexible and better performing than hvitar. But there have not bin proper situations to actually test what she can do yet. So this first impression mean nothing. It looks like she is X2 of hvitar power but that dont mean anything just how she perform at momen. Also frost have bin underperforming (aside from pvp) for 4 seasons now

maybe even having both is not worth enough who knows.

too lazy to test them on vortex cos vortex after S1 have adjusting to do before enter fight need to set up how boss gets mist and how he lose it

based on mist boss have 3 modes. Would need to optimize it for derivative dmg cos frost would do most dmg as derivative dmg. And at moment boss have derivative dmg modifier 40% so its good time to test it with maxed out buffs for derivative dmg but it takes more effort than i want to put in XD

switch elements around setup stuff and timings, test how surviving goes and patch if needed, try to push dmg more... then when done testing return to setup that i use normaly... too much work for nothing

guin she can perform even alone. But if you want her for will need to invest in dauntless. Nastjenka, tarivol, some good tank and support or 2 supports to keep them alive

any way if you can run 4 dauntless tema and 1 tank/support its guin+nastjenka+tarivol+sutha

usually tarivoll is used over sutha cos he attack faster so trigger more follow up dmg from guin and nastjenka
