This is right. The current pool of units is very saturated now (in a good way) and if you're just now building teams it would be unwise to deviate and go in a different direction.

The game is in a place now that if you are f2p or a low spender just getting started you need to pick a path and stay in one direction or you will get too diversified and break your account

And that's just gonna double over in a week with the new version and all the new units

Definitely. Id recommended people focus summoner, ice blast then burn or dauntless. Burn has less investment needed and is always a top team

Im leaning towards maybe getting anne.

Idk I think it is prudent to wait and see... I would advise if people are just starting out to pick either Dauntless or IB in general and them assess from there

Personally I think that dauntless is by far the best school atm, and I think Guin is the single best unit in the game atm

Tiamat is v hard to beat as a unit though and I am so glad I invested in her

The main thing about Tiamat is that functionally she works perfect with everything Necro specifically... I think Anne design is a little less inspired and a little more powercreepish

And also Tiamat probably the most universally good and versatile unit. Can effectively use like 5 different arti depending on the scenario

As someone who's been through that level multiple seasons, it's easier to build a tanky cc team and rotate control, take them out while they can't do much. Other easy way is to power your way through, but if they had a team with that much dmg I figure they'd already be using it. Only problem with cc is the rng. Can take a few tries to get through.

Thats in general how things are. Trade off cant have all need to focus on something but 300 is not too hard to hit on both problem is if you need more and some things could need 400 or 500 even to game recomend 370.

Sometimes you mix up 2 peaces of gear that give res+accuracy and 2 different peaces of different set that give res and accuracy and get good substats on gear and on runes

Sometimes ypu use debuff/controll imunity or dispell those effects with some hero. So this mean now can focus on accuracy

Some heroes have aura that give accuracy or resistence. Some have buffs that give those effects

Some supports have share 20 of their resistence to heroes close to them

Its always trying to mix up till things work

Heroes with lots of controll tamar. Gardus iola zharl... heroes with invisibiliti and debuff imunity like torrin and thia. Heroes with good aoe like vidimir+rava..

Ripaks with lots of debuffs...

Stich team togeter good to counter enemy some of it will work

Artifacts like witches remains or weaker one crown of filth

Sometimes power is problem ofc need better gear or more psi core or stronger heroes...

But its not copy past need to adapt and build what works for you
