Perkunte 100% put electricuted when he ulty, nisa puts electricuted more reliable than orfena

electricuted just makes lightning bounce +1 and do 10% more dmg nothing speciall

Lightning bounce is caped at 10 jumps any way so even if you put electricuted 24/7 should not make that much difference

default jump number is 3 so can increase it 7 more times.

And bouncing of shai or energi node increase that counter

well they do have enough tanks like grishnar soon maashtur, there is stanguenum, there will be phatomdown... but supports are limited. And zaffi dont have any heal. Isitatian dont have crazy heal its his pasive as RNG and his battle skill that is small heal... so would not be op but could be enough in some fights to make things work
