the short answer is both, as they scale multiplicatively with each other for users that benefit from the poison/thunderbolt portion at least. The longer answer is that it depends on the champion. Some of them have really high ENL ratios that make it stronger than attack, but attack is overall easier to get more of, considering pipe organ and the other 50 bajillion artifacts that give it when placed on a support

There's this really weird thing going on with stats though, where the more you stack one, the better it gets

in this situation you losed 72% crit dmg to get 47% crit dmg with change you did there. 300% conversion start working after 100% crit chance and you have only 15% over x3 and well...

Also those gloves dont have bonus effect cos beldelle dont put debuffs on enemy...

but if you hit like he said 160% crit chance or more well... would be extra 180% crit dmg...

They will shine in s3 with Guin… the main dps vortex there is rook/corrosion, but takes a lot of inspirations to make really good.

some here say dauntless (nastjenka and Tharivol) are good to have, if you get Guin as Tadj wrote in S3, but i don´t care much about them.
i use iceblast everywhere

considering also the second element poison vs rally i prefer rally, so the dauntless banner would make more sense, but you could also wait for that 2% banner, which is also better than the one now, unless you want to be very competitive, so up to you...

usually frost team does good on it rava + vidimir. Rava high accuracy so she apply frost, and vidimir high dmg (crit, crit chance, attack)

torrin, eurion are good and can get them from quests you doing... Thia combined with torrin can be insane perma invisibility

all other is just well gear and adjusting to fight
