With a focus on spending only on flora banner's (wild's exclusive) it is indeed a very good starting code 🙂
Once update hits, you spend 20 on orange banner + you enter code and make sure to spend only 20 on prophecy code

yeah, the order of the 250 summons matters, cause you can lock them only by summon order and so the 10 locked will be the 10 10 pulls ingame. you get 20-30 dice for free by doing some things and you can use them only on this banner.
that´s why being able to lock your choices in the first 20-30 is important, so you don´t have to spend dice

cause if i wanted Lucien i would need to use 20 of my dice

All codes are locked to push all legends as far to the front as possible. But in some cases they are still on last pull so take that into consideration.

1 Eurion (so dupe for artifact exchange)
2 Durango
3 Oggok
and then whatever 7 after

or (if you did 230 summons):
1 Durango
2 Oggok
3 Hochadir
and then whatever 7 after

Like, you lock-in 10 pulls, but you don't have to finish them all. For example, my code is all good units up to 40 pulls, there is no need to go further for me

As far as I understand, the order is fixed. What you pulled first will be the one you summon if you lock it. All you can chose is whether you want to lock, therefore summon it or not. Not the order of summons themselves. But I've read so many confusing comments it's hard to tell.
