What does the “4” mean beside Defense stat? Noticed that as well on some of my gear but not sure what it means

Every 4 levels you can enhance a substat.
Legendary gear can be leveled up to +20 and have 3 base substats.
Mean at lvl 4 you know the fourth substat.
And every 4 levels then will enchant one of those.

That specific screenshot he got Crit Rate when lvl 4.

Then (1) enchantment on defense at lvl 8.
Then (2) enchantment on defense at lvl 12.
Then (3) enchantment at lvl 16.
And finally (4) at lvl 20.
Each time boosting the substat number.
In this case, it went for around 35 (base) defense to 169.

Gotta say, pretty lucky, and unlucky it was a bad substat.

Almost all of those stand out more on PvP.

Even one successful cast of his ultimate will win most fights in your current rankings. It might be hit or miss just because he is melee and you might not have appropriate protections for him.

@hallow finch this is something like 2,960% attack over 6 seconds without rally and something like 3,848% attack with rally. Very few teams will survive this.

Of course, "only" 888% can hit the same target without rally and 1,332% can hit the same target with rally.

That's not taking into account the 20% defense ignore if rally is on due to his passive.

Here. I should probably swap the artifact on Tonal or up her crit.
The biggest key was to manually time vicuc's Ult just after the boss's ult, to cleanse the Frost. Then also to add HP and not full Def on Horrus, so he can tank that battle skill arrow.
Finally to go further in full manual, you could have Horrus Ult just before the first arrow, Adolphus just before the second one, and Vicuc just after the boss's Ult.
Both Horrus and Vicuc with Accurracy.
Full bonuses from 5 affinity and alliance exploration.

If what you mean is to compare Usha 0 inspirations with Drizzt 0 inspirations, you are correct. Drizzt is above her by around 10% or less, a negligible amount. I recommend that if your goal is 1 copy of Drizzt, do not bother with his banner.

That is the potential of a 424k damage per ultimate skill Usha (on +30% damage vortex).

Base leggo is already 1 or 2 tiers above rare in terms of stats. Max inspired is like 6 or 7 tiers more stats. No way usha can do more.

Usha is like among the god tier of rares, which is good for us f2p. But saying she is better than a max inspired drizzt is like propoganda to have usha nerf or too much salts in the salt mine.

And between 34 mil and 55 mil, its like 39% +- increase of dmg, quite substantial too. Of coz, if one can whale/pat for 5 drizzt. If cant, just use usha, nothing wrong

The comparison was being made for an Usha vs Drizzt+0 inspirations. In that case, Drizzt will only surpass her by about 10% with the proper gear on both. I say this not by doing the math between both of my parses, I say this from testing it while my Drizzt was still weak.
I am suggesting that if a person's goal is 1 single copy of Drizzt, then his event banner isn't even worth going for. If you have 35 dice which is the normal pity, you are pretty much guaranteed to get enough tokens for 1 copy of him. But there is no actual pity, you could get 1 drizzt with 1 pull or 0 with 100.
For a legendary hero, he is pretty useless as a "base leggo". That is what everyone is going around saying, and it is true.

The blessing 'events' are best for once you have established a decent lineup of champs. 1) they dont share a pitty timer with the regular heliolite pool, and 2) there are champs, some of the best in the game, that will not be in the blessing pool that youre trying to get a specific champ from.

Unless youre an absolute kraken and want to throw a few hundo to try and have a chance at a specific champ, I would just stick to the regular summoning pool

She is great. Good in pvp and overall pve.
Doesn't require other summoner to do really well. Her battle skill is actually an unlimited range skill that sends out 3 immortal summons at random targets and they are the ones with a 9 square aoe. The summons cannot move and they act as the summons for her ultimate skill.

So that means she never has to move forward to use skills on the enemy back row, she only moves forward if the enemy front line dies because her normal attack does have range.
Ultimate skills like hers are also infinite range.

I still think that he is not good enough ... he is usseful if you don't have sutable tank or dps but if you have one then you can ignore him... For example if you need top DPS in frost then use Trolgar( p.s. even Usha can do better dps then this dude) if you want frost tank you can use Trailblazer.. but if you don't have them...

High crit rate and crit dmg with high att on the side. His ult will hit for around 400k-600k without books and get ult time recharge when it crits. He not the best legendary out there but comparing him to fire traveler is just outrageous
