It does not say, but generally It just works for ranged units, like when I was using him with summon in that dungeon i kinda wanted the summons to get eaten instead of my tank so not sure if its a big deal. I use the Aura team there this season though.

do you have ice blast epics? Gerthin / bleddyn / kat looking dude?

Eurion, Felosia, Vinyara, +2 ice DPS can tackle pretty much every dungeon to max level

For venom you'd use rava + vidimir as your dps, for the others you can use bleddyn + khajit ice blast epic or gerthin

you can also use nastj + tharivol as your dps duo, but they won't match affinity when you progress your psychicore

so you might have to build them a bit tankier to compensate

In that case garius / anneliesis / nathaniel or quarion or sagomir / nastj / tharivol would be what i'd run for most stuff

for rot dungeon you can use the thia / torrin strat bring all range heroes and keep everybody debuff immune / invisible so nobody gets eaten

speaking only for myself, I enjoyed the game and fae much more in original s1 when I actually had to sweat and build my teams / gear / psychicore over time and throw everything I had at the game just to clear fae first season

The reason I quit the game was because in s2 I was able to full auto fae and it was super boring

Before long you'll be auto-ing everything on the day of release and that's no good either imo

I didn't like the walking part, I liked that it was so challenging that it made me have to really tryhard, fail, farm, build new champs, try new strats, come back and finally clear what I was stuck on. It was actually engaging gameplay and felt rewarding

I didn't end up clearing it until I had farmed the lucky cards from arena and that + trying some different setups was enough to clear everything

I just mean rewarding as in it was a long-term goal to work towards and felt satisfying when i finally cleared

Everything being full auto on release is not a video game

it's just a chore or task list

I mean old fae was much different because we had way less access to champs

But even then, by season 2 I was full auto fae on release

that's boring to me, and meander trials was supposed to be a good challenge but event hat is full auto now

yeah they need to lean more into blade colisseum mechanics and make a pve mode where you draft teams for it and build them like in blade colisseum

yeah for sure, but i feel like with the champs that are released now they make normal fae a joke

but it does take a while to get artifacts and roster and more importantly game knowledge

yeah scrolls are a pain until like season 3

idm if they added a pure cosmetic challenge that doesn't give benefit but has like 120 more floors on fae trials

make something super hard that doesn't change the balance

if you're going to forge something for saverio he is strictly enlightenment + atk% and then defensive stats

going for crit rate / crit dmg doesn't really boost his damage much other than proc'ing that top row mythic

generally when forging you want to choose something that can go on the widest variety of teams possible

saverio is good/fun, but outside of pvp and dungeon speedruns he doesn't really carry a lot of value

but if you were going to craft for saverio then you'd go enlightenment main stat and 5x atk% substat

and then probably hp% def% and either crit rate to help proc top row mythic or flat atk to boost atk further

I don't think shadow has the sustained dps necessary to be a top tier team in CC, but maybe if they create a boss specifically for shadow mechanics then sure, but i wouldn't make it a priority to pull for him unless you really want to play him in arena

was trying ozul for 2 seasons now on end game and continental. Susteined dmg means nothing when dmg is limited and mediocre

still dont have wolf to know how they would perform joined they seam like they would have good interaction but when it comes to pvp ozul is too slow usually

did play around dmg reduction and controll reduction on fights and have his artifact didnt perform that good. Artifact just give bit of flexibility in how you build him compared to using injector but his artifact is worst exclusive artifact in game. Dmg increase over injector was something small cant remember 5% or 15% something like that

here for example his stats are pushed up like crazy and still compared to aetherial its not that good

Garrika or Acilia / Journ / Alton / Phiilto (or huberg preferably) / +1

either a healer or another rally unit like lorentheel

journ is optional as well but he's nice for boosting rally units and his def up + atk penalty

can also use that new rally epic that does the defense down

Acilia / Alton / Phiilto core and then add 2 more if you can get away with more dmg add more dmg with dielke, if phiilto needs more rally, add tathlyn to boost his rally and damage, if you need more heals or protection add journ or rose etc.

just make sure phiilto positioned in the middle and your frontline brings enemies into his range

garrika is a good add-in as well for a speedclearing team and you clump everybody around journ

but if you need a safer team then bring more healers / support

also i think that boss does defense up, so garrika or journ might actually be preferable to bring

to strip the defense buff / block it

If you are going to try running wild team, just bring flora / errich / felicity / acilia / +1 probably journ or another healer

or ardreth over acilia if that works better for you

frost makes it hard to set timers because of frozen mechanic slowing the boss down

it's pretty easy to understand once you've done it a few times I can help explain it to you

Most bosses are 18s rotations, which means you either need one member to have a puppeteer set or everybody needs skill haste sets / runes or you need a move like recharge speed delay or frost/frozen that slows the boss down

the first cast is just "At how many seconds into the fight do I want this character to cast for the first time" which obviously can't be lower than the initial cast time of a skill

when you click on a character skill you can see the initial/complete recharge time

so this character can ultimate as soon as 11.8s into a fight and can recast it as low as 19.7s afterwards

so i could put 11.8 in the first field and 19.7 in the second field for timers

then he'll cast 11.8s in and recast again 19.7s after that

obviously this changes when you have items like rift hourglass or a puppeteer set

rift hourglass has 100 skill haste but it won't show up in your initial/complete recharge on the screen

puppeteer is also a 2s reduction

if they go first they'll go first every rotation, if it goes last, they'll go last every rotation etc.

in speedruns you generally put puppeteer on a character that will ult first to bring everybody up to speed, but that's advanced stuff for speedrunning

in general setups you put it on a member who isn't dealing damage and who needs acc or resist generally

the trick party about using frost dps + vinyara who steals ulti meter is that you have to figure out how long a rotation is with frozen + vinyara manipulating the enemy turn meter

heksandra is outclassed by almost all the epic healers so not really used

estella is the #1 epic healer even better than some legendaries in certain cases

plus we all get free torrin now so no reason not to use him

and if you need a poison healer i think garian still better

in a stall comp you need high resist and tank stats and a solo dps carry that scales or has enough damage / protection to survive

Also make sure lelwanis has the talent that stacks her passive faster

Arena is super tough to learn because there are so many knowledge checks, you have to know what each character's kit does, how they interact with each other, how to position to draw out ults in a specific direction or area, and you gotta know how all these kits interact with one another, how to build a character in several different ways, what artifacts and gearsets are useful or required for something to work, and when it's worth dropping 5 element bonus for a stronger unit.

it all comes into play so don't feel bad if it takes you a while to learn and you lose a lot

just keep playing and trying new things

For rot in the first couple seasons I used torrin and adrie or whatever her name is. The dark elf that gives the team debuff immunity. Between the two of them you could time it to have debuff immunity up and if timed well and torrin makes the whole team invisible (possible with summons on the board) then the boss can’t target anyone to eat. Made it super easy.

Just seen you don’t have irzillas. Could be done with an epic summoner instead I guess.

Yep, and mainly from the Dazzling crystal arrow which does [200% ATK][+20% Max HP]

Just some quick math here:
Talethia has ~30K HP and 1.6K attack at base

A 60% HP chest will add 0.6 * 30K * 20% = 3.6K damage to the crystal arrow before other multipliers
A 60% ATK chest will add 0.6 * 1.6K * 200% = 1920 damage to the crystal arrow

For long fights, her crystal arrow will be the main source of damage. HP basically is 1.9x more effective at scaling her dazzling crystal arrow damage as compared to ATK

Yeah they sort of freeze when they can't reach your highest atk% and only auto-attack

But when they CAN they start doing real skills.

I think it's a bug and should be patched, but that's how they work

Can also put in an all-def tank and make sure they're the lowest HP. Put them away from the rest of your team. Nastj will jump to the tank and leave the rest of your team alone. Should give a burst team to clear the level. If all else fails, make a team of supports and do it the long way.

Guin first - she's by far the best one of the three for dps. She'll get better with more dauntless enablers, but at i0, without her excl arti AND on a completely non-dauntless team she'll still be good for fey and arena. Give her the lightning spear arti until you get her excl. The alarm bell might work too, have not tried it on her.

Forgot to add - she's also the dauntless magichess core unit.

@shy sapphire Don't know if you have the scrolls for all leg, but if you do: Venom - Hvitar, Aethereal, Eurion, Vinyara, Oggok. If you don't, swap Hvitar and Aethereal for Rava and Vidimir. The other three will be more generally useful and worth scrolling. Also, you don't have to scroll Vinyara if you have the hourglass for her although it makes it easier to use her if you can. You can probably use the same team for Curse thanks to Oggok's immortality but may need to swap Vinyara for Alpharnasy and full team shields. Rot doesn't like a ton of debuffs because at higher levels they get thrown back at you so Frost is questionable but they are your best dps, so try them for now. Usually you brute force it with Aura or Ice Blast and a good debuff cleanser or immunity, or you cheese it with a combo of invisibility and overlapping debuff immunity. Torrin + Thia (epic) + Vinyara (shields + atk down) + dps should do it. Don't put anyone in front of Torrin so your whole team goes invisible and keep everyone to the front so they don't get stunned for the first couple of rounds.

Durem and Paixton as dmg dealers. You can get Garius and Catherine as tank+healer and then decide on a supporter. I highly suggest Adolphus.

Durem dmg with accuracy

Durem and paixton don’t seem to do enough dmg I get paixton enl to over 300 and durem atk to +5k. Catherine can’t seem to remove their debuffs because paixton is melee so he moves up and she can’t get everyone with her heals
