probably thing that cause most problem there is Ergan (aoe taunt).

"more than one way to skin cat" For example Huldark does more dmg is enemy is 3 or less boxes from him. Your tank is 2. Sometimes you could put all your team back so enemy have to run to you so they mode and you fight like 4 fields away from enemy. Hight resistence so you dont get taunted, high haste so you stun enemy often... 🤷‍♂️

For me having Tamar on high accuracy and high haste did enough to not care about most of fights

I am not one to give advice, but from what ive seen most good teams revolve around premium heroes, which get augmentet/supported by others.
For now id just focus on geting 300 heliolite dices and summon on a banner. For whom, thats more difficult. Maybe Lelwanis, since you got the base for a good summoner team?

Yessir, save up and choose a banner to pull on. Technically you need 270 dices, since you get 30 from summoning on the banner. Hope this gives you some direction

Garius will be a big player for you, is a top notch tank, and does a team wide heal. Voresh is a good hero for debuff / stripping. A solid team for most PVE content for you rn would be garius, voresh, vinyara, sigrid, iola. For your early vortex you can run Isitarian, Zadok, Ladehlia, garius, voresh/iola as your crown holder (epic artifact that gives defense down)

If you lack damage like that, swap out Vinyara for another damage dealer, since Ripekas could be enough to lockdown Elcebre together with Premtsa, also Ripekas in stun gear

But bear in mind they're primarily strong in PvP or some of the pve content (not vortex)

Necro is more versatile, but not as strong individual content as frost is and you're missing key units like irzilas and premsta, so you'll struggle

It depends of where you plan on us using her and the rng of your gear sets, including team comp and positioning. You may need more than ome build, for instance that build is decent for vortex but not great, missing vital mythic gear. In other areas of the game you kind of want to give her more hp if your lacking her exclusive. On her skill tree, you can consider using the top skill tree so she can transform faster. But the bottom slill tree will be better for vortex

Chest piece is right. %atk base. For gloves precise carnage. %crit dmg. Focus on %atk and crit dmg on secondary stats. Positive one must be crit dmg. With lotsa atk and skill haste. This is what she has. The best gear possible.

She will have this weapon and then, it remains to craft the gloves with extra 30%dmg when someone is under down defense.

My last question is, how shall I craft the gloves? Main crit damage or atk%? And the substats?

Gloves crit dmg is alot better. But attack won't hurt either
