he didnt manage to hold a tank three times, they dealt insane damage. in round 1 he was at 90k before ultimate. round 2 just locked the tank twice and was always released before 4th ultimate.

Cheers mate. First couple of goes i actually got to 50% damage on the pillar but next 7 tries they just wipe out my line up on first stage. The game is mostly unpredictable at times and I'm losing the will to keep going. Actually thinking of going to find another game because this is now stupid. Can someone help me with Grave of Curse and Rot? I could beat stage 8 in Venom, but stage 7 in the other 2 beats me hard. I get wiped out in about half a minute or so. I get the basic principle of aligning skills and elements and so on, but I'm missing a lot of crucial heroes for that, so I end up with rag-tag teams. I've made up some teams based on utility, but they fall short for some reason.

The idea was for Curse to have 3 heroes with attack down, 2 with shields + 1 can remove boss shield. For Rot I used 2 healers for heal, shield, remove debuff, debuff prohibition, there's also attack down, heal prohibition as well, plus a pure dps. But neither team can even hope to defeat the boss sadly. I made screenshots of my more important heroes.

Sigrid frur journ gladros heksandra for curse

Shield and atk down befor ult. Ult down from journ that you can clear buffs + get enough time for a rotation of all.

Could also use felicity instead of sigrid for dps

Shield remove is not necesary because with gladros shield + atk down your team should get no dmg = boss gets no shield

Ok well it kind of worked and kind of didn't. I can't react fast enough to manually trigger ult, so I was cheesing it with turning auto battle on and off. Got the boss down to about 30-40% hp.

Also I'm thinking using Fitz in Rot to slurp up all the debuffs from the team if possible. Think that would work?

Fitz works really well in Rot. Give him high resistance and he won't even suffer from the debuffs he gets off of other heroes

well you do need 5 star to defeat highest level dungeon you will need the rune slot. unless you have the most powerfull legends, but it is not true rot need full legend, epic and rare can do it too.

Which season you are playing? If season 1, these is old ytb video which can show you some mechanics to beat rot without legs heroes.

S1 yes. I've watched a couple of videos, pretty much almost all came down to having full legendaries with 5 star heroes. Tho the one I have trouble with is difficulty 7. I've watched a video of a team consisting of epic heroes, but they as well had a ton of legendaries. I know what I need to do, but I just can survive. In 1 lucky battle I could stay alive by the end, but didn't have enough damage to beat the boss.

I'm now raising a team copying a youtube video, but it will take days just to level them up. Not to mention get the right gear...

Just to let you know I swapped Diantha with Garious, and just kept going with that line up. May be 20 or 30 shots at it every night. I change a armour bit on Rose bringing her accuracy down but increasing her attack slightly, and bang, after about 10 goes, I did it. How about swap tamar and rose, with phaesa and sagomir. Phaesa as another DPS. Sagomir to apply taunt, area attack penalty. Better if you have fathomdown.
Also, I think you need to bring ardret to frontline together with garius. So you share the tank burden with ardret

You want at least a tank with the highest hp and a way to cleanse the debuff, unless you have Synarell. For wild remove one with Frurbath. For thunderbolt I Don't think there's much to do, do you have aura comps instead? For shadow make Perseus the tank, replace Aladiah with Thia/Ghul'ende

Horrus is a good starter tank. Heks is a very good healer. Usha good dps, with frost debuff even better.. wilt als frost appplier.
Traveler can be fire dps or frost if you need bit more defensives.

In the first 1 - 1.5 month you dont have your 5 affinity buffs so 3 aff is better if you consider the Lack of heros. You can combine better if you dont Stick to a full 5 aff

The more heroes you get the better you can plan and build

The best heroes you can be lucky if you get them early are sigrid, vorresh, frurbath, garius

Place Tharivol and Sutha together on one side so they hit the same target. Tharivol needs 90+ % crit chance and Sutha needs 70+ %. Rose should wear the Cyril set to buff allies' attack. If you can survive easily, you can replace Tamar with another damage dealer, ideally a dauntless one to synergize with Tharivol and Sutha - or bring Orfenna as she packs a punch on her own

All that said, Dauntless heroes are not the best for pushing pillars as they're single-target, but they can probably still manage if you build them optimally

Why use Astaion ( the necro lizard) and Diathan? You lacks the 5 elements bonus affinity. Replace Diathan and Astaion with Lola for - AtK debuff and Catherine for debuff immunity and healing.

Your troubles coming from the boss debuff .
All you have to do is to clear this debaff before the ultimate! And damage will be minimal...

But you should choose debuff immunity (thia, acilia f.e.) over cleanse (vicuc). Iirc, the Boss does more dmg when the team has already a debuff.

You can also immun the Boss ult but i dont know the Boss skills from s2 anymore and if there was sth special in it tho.

First kill the knight then Donella. Then supporters... And only then you can kill Naruto

Lusien is average in PVE but absolute beast in PVP...

never really liked her. Seams she is designed more for fights where you can kill enemy or enemy have imortality or revive. Focus on aoe for single target she would actually make your posion setup dmg drop. Have her and Lothair i didnt even lvl or scroll her. Cos she would make lotair do lot less dmg and he is one that make poison actually good. Ofc no where close to corrosion.
Problem is she is consuming stacks of poison and this is bad in boss fights.

that looks like strong dessense setup but you question is if you do dmg at all. Know you can build some of them to do dmg but even that could end up not enough. that setup aladiah can do dmg, This sounds like she could do dmg but its deception. Feenja could pull off some dmg. But non of it would be that good. And enemy have healing and nasty setup.

well he can do good poison setup. Dont have him so cant say enough. But should be able to setup like 12 or 16 stacks cant remember exactly when use ulty and max luck. And set up as aoe so he would work nice with Jathalea if you decide to build poison team but still its more aoe dmg team. Poison it self dont do that high dmg its more setup for something other if you have.
There are poison based characters that can do bonus dmg based on stacks of poison. Like in your case Jathalea, Lothair can go really high dmg if you setup like 40-80 stacks. You do have poison explosion characters. But most of it is weak...

So he is good setup for poison teams

for example her skill does more dmg based on poison stacks and its derivative dmg so its aditionaly increased by enlightment stat or some artifacts that increase derivative dmg

but she remove stacks. Good thing if she kill enemy with this well they cant be resurected. Her pasive also does bonus dmg when enemy is low hp.

Problem is boss cant be killed and boss cant have health reduced.

lotair for example passive. And it can get trigered multiple times and scaled up with number of stacks but dont remove them.

can benefit from poison on enemy. Any attack trigers this...

or him but never saw him do that good used him more for setup

some ignore portion of enemy deffense, some have more crit chance based on poison stacks. Some can trigger poison explosion (all poison stacks do dmg once without waiting for timer of stacks tick)

Depends on what you're playing. Some good all around artifacts are horseshoe and eyeball for dmg dealers.
Scarab for tanks or Tiara for shielders like Adolphus are also nice to have

I think Ghul'ende works better with someone who does Debuff.

Once Debuff activates on an enemy, his attack is quite great, unlike alone.

Because initially Dwarfs are too strong with strength.

What i see on my server is same. Lothair can pull around top 20-30. Orfenna or/and Ozul are around that also. Over top 20 its all rook. Yes you do have bad rooks in top 40...

Am using lothait at moment i can pull off 100-120. First place have 1280. Fully maxed rook with his exclusive artifact. And almost entire team is fully max inspiration.
