For content where max damage is the goal (vortex, chief challenge, otherword) your best dauntless comp is Tharivol with witch remains/unclean crown and high attack speed (his enhanced basic attack count for WR proc), Ivellios with high enlightenment, and a 3rd dauntless. Either pure attack speed dps like Nimbus or 2nd enlightenment hero like Schaltar.

rally: yeah, you need leg lorentheel or leg alton,
or there are 2 epic enablers too, but not great.
And depending on the content it´s not even worth to use the epics either way at least from my tests.

and you can´t put a team that wins against everyone, cause there is always a counter i think.

You don't really need healer for goblin. You lack area damage in this lineup. For goblin you need hero with area damage and fast cooldown. I think The best is shadow team especially aspalta, ozul, thaldie. Or using hvitar for instant death effect

There is some sugestions when you look at the heroes which one is good for goblin liar .. but even when I try those heroes I do not have great succes with them. The group that you sugested none is for goblin but I m pretty sure they will do fantastci job and when I will be able to get better weapons even better

You can use a cheat team, using baelvernal. But need luck and a lot of retry to get good score. But at least you will get 150 mil or above.
For the regular team, try to build your team around 1 Hero with debuff immunity skill, 1 healer, 3 dps.
You can use phaesa, Catherine, Gilian, acilia, thia, gladros, oggok, etc

I'm using her as main healer with Baelvernal, Nathaniel, Enna, and Joyce. Her ult deal multiple times so she can use Witch Remains and apply attack down. Since she doesn't need accuracy as long she's buffed, she just full enlightenment to heal and dispel some debuff. My team survive longer than with Acilia.

If you have victor, he can remove boss buff. Combine with aladiah or felocia, giving shield and control imunity

Try to swap voresh with fihrah/victor/ gloin/perseus, or someone else that can remove boss buff

I suggest using fihrah if you don't have victor

Try to remove boss buff after he use his 2nd skill. Remember if you want to apply buff to your hero, use it after boss use his 3rd skill, because he will steal your buff and make his energy charge faster

For your current heroes, if it was me building a team for vortex I would go Horrus as tank and if you have it give him Witches remains, damage team of Felicity, Errich and Casper as they are all 100 already and use Heksandra for heals for now. Set them in a "T" formation with 2 damage dealers next to Horrus, one on each side, 3rd damage behind Horrus and then Heksandra being that one.

If you get Isolde later then add her for Horrus and Adolphus for Heksandra

man am not wizard dont even have half of things you have someone probably can suggest better. But you do have lots of good stuff. Like Garius is amazing. Ardeth is pretty good. Fantomdown should be good too (dont have him). Suthat can be good. Orfen. Hegio, Gituna. But cant say how some thing i dont have perform like Tharivor i would expect to do good but i dont know.
You dont have Rose so not sure what would work best for attack and defense down apply maybe Fathomdown. 2 imprtant debuffs

but sometimes have to slow down fight and pay attention see what is actual problem and fix it

I have finally passed Pilalr 10 with this team and i have also have to switch the aura used the one of Alton ..

strange but if it worked it worked. Alton should be support and nothing in team that he buff

but about jar of acid it add high deffense, can reduce dmg enemy does when tank get hit. Works especially good on tanks that can taunt more than 1 target. Can make tanks actually sometimes do high dmg too. But mostly high deffense and 15% dmg reduction debuff

dont always use it sometimes using hourglass on tank so he can almost perma taunt...

but there are fights that i win tank + healer everything other dies and well jar does job

A little late to respond but:
For Grave of Curse I now use an effective and "cheap" lineup. Garius with staff and Sigrid to fire ultimate before his, Brody to dispel shield just in case and Garrika to provide buff prohibition and reduce his ultimate. Finally, any DPS that fits the affinity. My heroes are lv85 and I won the lv110 with few epic equipment.

Adolphus instead of Brody should be even better but I haven't levelled him up yet.

If the boss/enemy are givin to you penalty, you can use Frubrah and Viccuc

Anothers option to use:

If you see Frubrah is ENOUGH to HEALING and TANK, and you have 1 more space (Without Adolphus) you can use Alfie to power your comp.

Aspa with Posion of swamp ideally otherwise best dps arti you have, Taldie with speed/haste gear and Witch, any healer with Horn and that's pretty much all you need. That's a blueprint for all the heroes that are required to clear the content.

Fitz is really good because he can suck up all the debuffs and then you can cleanse him

Felosia is your shielder. Enna is cleanser. Sigrid and ripekas do heal prohibition and atk penalty

Now here's the thing, if u're ripekas can land the heal prohibition every time, u can replace u're Sigrid for someone else depending on whether u need survivability or DPS. But I highly doubt u'll need survivability because Enna and felosia are insane.

And Sigrid can output damage herself if u build her that way. But u can also use u're Erich IF he is scrolled (I assume u're Sigrid is scrolled)

What do do you think? Could it work for you?

Don't scroll u're Erich if he isn't.

Felosia is more important for scrolls if at all

Nope. It shouldn't

I would suggest using a heksandra and buff cleanser hero. Understand that ancient battlefield has positioning effects. And highest atk hero stuff

U want to use as few buffs as possible

And make sure u're highest resistance character is further from. Boss

Then u wanna try getting most of your damage ults during his backfire

Ancient battlefield MAY be harder. I don't see if u have any buffer removers. But that just means u really need to land u're atk downs and def downs (assuming you have either crown or witches remains)

Less def down because backfire. Try this; ripekas, Sigrid, iola, heksandra and zharloth (as your sub healer)

The disadvantage this team has is it's frocks u're timings. If the recharge penalty or recharge down doesn't hit

Build u're iola with high acc AND high resistance and place her in row 3 column 3. Ripekas is Frontline, heksandra row 2 col 3, zharloth and Sigrid next to heksandra on row 2

Make sure u're heksandra is ulting right after 3rd attack, and iola is ulting before 3rd attk. (U can play around with the timing to hit 2nd or 1 as well if possible (I don't remember when he dispells his debuffs))

Give heksandra mirror if u have it.

@clever moth - it's advisable to REALLY study the bosses' skills and timing/rotation closely. They change from season to season so you may find an AB or Rot dungeon team that works well in your CURRENT season but not in the next one as the boss skills may have changed significantly. This impacts which buffs and debuffs you want to bring into a dungeon and also guides your own teams' skill timings

I was doing Corruption Meteor field .. with zero success. I have seen some sugestion up in the chat about those PVE heroes for clearing most of the areas. So I leveled them up and have try with no success. Then I changed Ripekas with Ardreth and I moved a bit or at least till the boss ..
Tnen I got a new sugestions and I tried with this team and I beat the boss.

I think you can clear all content with your heroes but you will need to adjust your lineup for various content. There are no 5 heroes who can clear ALL content at the highest level and sometimes you need to adjust gear and skill timings as well. So, if you want us to recommend 5 heroes to clear a specific dungeon, to use in Vortex, or something else, we can. But we cannot say "use these 5 heroes for everything and you'll win every time"

For getting through the PVE waves Fathomdown is an awesome candidate for WR. Since its season 4 Fathomdown and Ardreth pair nicely together. If you need more CC you can throw Iola in as well . Orphenna hits really hard and then you can have another person in there to fill whatever you’re missing ( more healing, damage etc)

the game is very much about adapting your roster to a specific challenge - all dungeon bosses are unique

I always find breaker reef to be the most difficult area personally. I just make sure Ive levelled my people as much as I can and if I cant beat it right away I dont stress and just come back to those fights I missed later.

yep, good advice. The areas don't prevent you from doing the most important activities (dungeon bosses, goblin and vortex)

so you can always get higher lvls and better gear and then return to whatever area is troubling you

We run Ardreth on default as she will wear Witches' Remains and apply it in 15 seconds rotation

I'll show the gear shortly

in simple terms: Ardreth can use her ulti more often than the rest and we take advantage of that by using her with Witches' remains

Dominator set is the best for dauntless cuz they rely on basic attacks (fast attack speed = more dmg). We use dominator set on Ardreth cuz she heals allies during her ulti when she does a basic attack: more attacks = more heals and hits to increase the chance of applying witches' remains quickly. Accuracy 'Negative' rune on Ardreth and some accuracy on a few gear pieces

Most important gear stats for Tharivol and Sutha are: 1) Crit chance, 2) crit dmg, 3) attack %, 4) attack speed, 5) HP %

Shaltar needs 1) Enlightenment and 2) attack %

You can replace the lamp with another DPS artifact (e.g. Matriarch Gem which has attack and crit chance) but you should get Poison of Swamp in S4. This is generally the best non-exclusive DPS artifact

You have inspirations on some of your heroes - you can convert them into mythic artifacts if you want. e.g. you have an inspiration on Ripekas

you can - if you want - use that to get Poison of Swamp

Dauntless is not great for Pillar or Fey because they are single target. Dauntless are vortex/single target specialists

im using one in 3team arena the continental dmg and lab

just feels like frost is built for aoe and i need a single target dps

for continental and even arena

Frost are good in AOE yes

but you can use them in single target as well

Lossenia, Hochadir, Vidimir. Usha is good but melee so depends on the fight

Dorkuraz is also a good damage dealer

got him the other day so didnt have the option i seen a lot of folks use the old bearded dude and that guy and my team gets blasted by them

wish there was some sort of tier list for each faction that basically just said who is best at specific thing like shield heal debuff etc and in order

yes his advice is universal.. sets are different but just pick similar damage sets and artifacts and u r fine. But as Tobi says, affinities rotate. It seems you need some foundational advice for building a budget wild team and Hypsudo provides that

a mix - oggok is much better than Heksandra. Elforr probably also has scrolled all his heroes and optimized gear - you can see what gear stats other vortex players use - just click on the hero icons
