Yeah, your best dps team is currently frost (good news is, they are very good in goblin as well, just use Usha melee, Voresh to heal her, Sigrid, and Auster + Rava.
For Vortex yeah, if you have stronger dauntless Ivellios would be amazing, but you take what you can. Good news as well, your rare dauntless team is still useful against chief challenge/chaos shadow and final boss.

Damn. okay. Rally no good because you only have Tathlyn. Lucius, Ripekas, Ghul'ende is strong but more useful in pvp. I think Vinyara is your most important because she's tailor made for Ancient Battlefield, while the other... I go Ripekas, he applied many debuff (very useful for S2 final boss), decent tank, with energy manipulation for pvp and chief challenge, but I don't have him (I don want him though). Ghul'ende is great as well, one of the few healer/cleanser in necrosis, useful against chief challenge Shai'nachtan

I don't know, but you reached 9m already with lvl 1 Usha (seriously, level her up. She'll be your "tank" in goblin team). They also easier to build since they just need accuracy for Rava and attack/crit rate/crit damage for Usha and Auster, the gears and artifact has more general use. Ivellios need Ink, only useful for derivative damage team.

For Vortex you have my ice blast team with Zhorak (enlightenment & skill haste) - Bleddyn (crit & skill haste) - Gerthin (crit), but not the tank and healer (I have Garius and Ardreth, try to get her, she's extremely great)... maybe mix with Frurbath (unclean crown and some accuracy) and Heksandra.

There has been interesting study done by Gorax in S2 on that. Turns out that combo is actually quite viable. Two conditions: Shinnah is built for damage (no witch) and she has to have higher attack then Nord.

Yeah, basically as Ragor said, personally I have played using Nord with highest attack speed as possible then he would be able to sustain an IB dps alone, I used Nord, Seidic, and Zhorak in chaos shadows, Seidic with ultimate turned off never stop casting his battle skill.

But yeah, you lack some mainstay hero like Garius and free legendary Errich from the story, which possibly means you don't do well in otherworld exploration, and that is the source of huge reward if you work hard (scroll, dices, etc) so I second the restart idea. I wouldn't say the dps exclusive is necessary, but the support/tank exclusive is much better (Elecebre, Reytah, Khrysos, Berengar, Mithrasea, Grishnaar,) just remember to roll only in standard banner, not blessed or celestial.

Kinda different in my S1 experience. By top 100 Sigrid dropped off, more than 1/3 the teams has Tamar or Elecebre with rift hourglass, 1/3 is stall with Mithrasea/Felosia. Especially in team pvp.

Personally I just used Tamar to set up Sigrid, using Journ boost to win Tamar mirror.

Hard to beat Elecebre, but she exclusive, so if you are lucky to get Tamar she can take the team high enough to face p2w team.

Ya, but you must invest scrolls on her to make it work, and it's not that the legendary scrolls are superfluous... In Season 1 I wouldn't invest scrolls in a character that is almost purely PvP and from S2 onwards more solid and versatile options begin to appear.

In my case, I have two accounts, I have Tamar in both since very early S1 and in neither of them do I have her with scrolls

The simple and f2p counter to Ele in S1 is Horrus - but only if enemy made a mistake and put her in range of his ult.

I guess that's true. Personally she is my 3rd ever legendary and I used her in (S1 and S2): story, goblin, grave of curse, heretical ruins, pvp, pillars, fey, Finale of Plains, Gloomland Showdown, and Battle of 2 towers. So she is MVP in my team, especially since I don't get Voresh until a week before OE and Zhar'loth. Then again, I used her so much my Tamar is regularly ranked top 10 in hero rating 😅 .
She fall off over time unlike Journ or Acilia, but she's the most versatile hero for S1 and S2 for me.

Turns out Vortex defense is not that high in the first place. 30% attack from platinum helps more. Also for 4 season, the only attack set that gives higher bonus are Emperor set in S2 & S3 (50% if your hero's attack 2x target's attack).

Elecebre are one of the strongest hero in the game, Ripekas are energy manipulation hero, ability that is very strong in arena, and Questa will jump and hit your main dps. Skip that fight, those 3 are still strong in top arena.

As of now, I just follow the recommended lineup

Not much you can do now. At top level arena, control effect like Elecebre and Tamar is abundant; you don't have your own, but at least you do have Thia and her control immunity. For low level arena, the meta is still mostly applying aoe debuff then Sigrid, and/or stall with Garius. You have Felicity that can punch through any shield Garius has, and Sagomir to taunt opponent's Sigrid. But you don't have any of the epic substitute for them.

Aaah. When I suggested Rava, that's with her holding Unclean Crown and high accuracy, since her ulti hit 5 times so higher chance to hit. This way, you can equip Frurbath focusing on HP and def gears, while attack penalty comes from Oggok (give him some accuracy). Allowing your team to survive longer.

If you use Garius with staff you should be able to use 4 dps. Hell, maybe even Quarion with staff could let you do that. So Usha and Rava are obvious. Vidimir/Dorkuraz or any rare frost that is scrolled. If you opt to use lesser healer then use 3 dps and Elvis/Sagomir/Clovis/Gardrus (whoever is scrolled) to slow boss down.

Depends on the dungeon, different dungeon, different mechanic, different useful hero. Dane is great because his damage is good when enemy has low hp, remove 2 buff, and apply debuff for Sigrid. Adolphus is entirely different use as healer/shielder, although arguably Adolphus is the best fire epic. Just that you will need enlightenment gears and artifact.

Until you have more heroes (and that will go fast!) which allow you to decide for a special vortex team, you can use a “normal” fire/poison combo like Ergander, Garrika, fire-adventurer, Adolphus and Sigrid. For arena, fey and pve I’d try Ergander, Garrika, Adolphus, Theodore and Sigrid. 🙂

Garius does a selfcleanse, so if you use him against Asc on an 18sec rotation there are 0 burns triggered + his shield (if running staffgar) means 4 DPS 🤷‍♂️
I run Orphenna, Perkunte, Iola (for lack of better ranged WR carrier), Fathomdown and Garius.

For rally against Rook you either want a jumper or 2 tanks. I run Ardeth there on WR + Loren with 2x rally and a bonus melee to tank along (Accilia). Damage is 150M and 120M 😉

So this is my team i used, my healer is garius as i have no lego healer, ardeth is my tank and then huberg applies def down, philto is my damager and lorentheel gives me rally.
I try to group them in one spot so my AOE gets as many as possible, ardeth is front and center so they focus on her and not my healer and then also when getting to the boss they all target one side making it easier to kill one little golem quickly so that they rush the boss

And i use huberg hero thingy to give 45% extra attack damage as he gives that in city of trials

ARDRETH - Definitly has the coolest Design and I absolutly need heroes with debuff removal. Also other than Garius she would be only good healer for Lighnting/ Radiance.

The fact that you pulled synarell means Calavera will combo with him. I used Synarell + Calavera and 3 wild dps for S4 final boss and they survive the whole fight.

Ergander Felosia Garius is a core that will get you through anywhere. For venom you add dps and another healer. For curse Voresh and Sigrid. For Rot you need debuff immunity and you only have Thia but then you can't really use melee so Sigrid Thia Felosia Heksandra dps

The numbers will vary team to team as psychicore is not same for all affinities, so some teams might do literally nothing.

the only easy way to beat this boss is to use Victor; otherwise you need to combine heroes with Buff prohibition and shield break and even then you usually will need to manually run it

I tell you how this boss works: his shields if not removed make him heal herself so it makes the fight very long. At the same time she gets stackable attack buff so at one point she's just strong enough to one shot your whole team. You need buff prohibition to stop that from happening, and you need shield break to stop her healing as even best dps team like ice blast is unable to keep pace with her healing.

Tharivol though, are one of the few ranged dauntless dps, and all Chief Challenge for lightning after S1 needs ranged dauntless.
