If I'm undestaning it correctly Huldork gets a possible dmg up of 50% on his ultiamte (50% of the passive, correct?). 2 Debuffs removed + within 3 tiles = 50% Damage.
--> Dmg on Ultimate: 650% Attack x 50% Damage.
Araces gets additional dmg for every Burn dispelled by 220% of his Ultimate attack. 10 stacks of Burn = 10 x 220% Attack = 2200 % Attack.
--> Dmg on Ultimate: 475 % Attack + 220% x 10
Just by seeing those numbers I would highly doubt that Huldork will deal more dmg compared to Araces given that the enemies are under Burn debuff and one possible more debuff.

Araces will deal 475% atk x 4 targets (boss + 3 orbs) + 220% atk x 10 (boss will always have 10 stacks of burn) minimum = 4100. Anything more than that would depend on how many stacks are on the 3 orbs he'll hit. Even if I get lucky and it's 3 burns on those 3 orbs that's another 220% atk x 9 = 1980%.

Araces also helps Durem proc his passive, which idk if it would proc otherwise on the orbs, as well as bring 24% cdmg aura.

I would say that the only thing I would consider besides Blooms is solar horn, but definitely blooms. You don't know when you'll get ice token again, and IB is gonna be your go to Vortex for basically every season

Blooms is definitely worth it, especially since you have the lady healer. With the seasonal chick you will have mono ice. You will basically have a guaranteed Vortex team that will lock you in top 20-50 as long as you build it season start

If you are set on getting something more universal then get Solar horn

you should get a rare char chest soon. go for sigrid. tbh if your garius + gillian is over killing with the heals, you can also run frur + sigrid + gillian and another poison/fire unit. you ideally want someone that can debuff so that sigrid can nuke

which gives team suggestions; but the reality is most of the strategies are just based on balanced team with proper debuffs, buffs, damage, healing and then positioning to take advantage of boss targeting on its skills.

but you are asking not just for suggestions, you want everything. teams built from your units and positioning for each boss. i dont have that in me, sorry... so there's tobi's guide to those bosses, good luck. maybe someone fresh out of s1 will help you

first week of s3 vortex is crit damage bonus; second week is necro bonus. you only have 3/5 affinity happening for both so just go with garius tank and heals up front regardless of affinity. and you have synarell.... so what in god's name are you doing? synarell, garius, 3 dauntless. go. nimbus, sutha, shagrol. shagrol holds defense down artifact.

Hey, could use some help making my chiefs challenge bosses teams for lighting and radiance. I am a season 1 player. No legendary artifacts. I kind of have an idea of what i want to build but am not sure about a few things like if i need an attack down on my radiance team or which tank to use for which boss. The bossea are errich for lightning and Jethalia for radiant. I already fought the lightning boss last week and got 11M but now i am not sure who to use for the radiant boss because my team was Iola, Catherine, Nimbus, Vani, and Garius.

radiance you want ranged dps and hegio; hegio you can jump out of the way of jathalea's ult manually by timing and positioning his ult. for lightning damage make sure you arent using melee dps unless you position correctly to avoid aoe

the boss has 3 skills, 6 seconds each. so timing is 17s initial and 18s recast for adolphus, elminster and garius. means they are going to need scrolls and some haste to get to under 18s

voresh and whoever your dps is can just be timed whenever but the damage after voresh for defense down

preferably before boss ults because he may put up shield and then you do 0 damage.

so at most 60% chance with single hit… useless

Need 200+ acc to land any debuffs on bosses at tier 9 and need multiple hits to ever hope to consistently land defense down

Also, find someone that inflict AOE debuff on battle skill so the can keep up with Sigrid (I used Tamar). Rava battle skill hit 3, Dorkuraz can hit all 5. Auster battle skill is single target unless there's frost debuff already. If anything, now you can enable 3 dps (Sigrid, Usha, Auster) with Dork and Rava!

Personally I put Auster followed by Sigrid and Dork to clean the 1st wave, and time Rava + Usha to attack the 2nd wave. I alternate my team like this so Sigrid keep spamming.

Fire MC's there mostly for his versatility. You'll use his Ice and Fire forms for quite a while in season 1, but you'll find he becomes much less useful toward the end, and even completely useless before the end of season 2.
