Focus on those 5 and you don't really need anything else for quite a while

Is there any Epic Artifact that you should aim to get first? I just reached lvl 51 with my first hero and there is toom any to pick from. Silverstar Horseshoe looks basic and still decently powerful for almost any hero. But I would like to know if there is any general recomendation.

Generally its v fluid in this game, supports deal a lot more dmg than healers so it works differently than other games. Its more like they sacrifice a little dpa for utility - and each boss/dungeon requires different utilities.

Don't have Irzillas, but Tioh's passive doesn't seem to work on summons. Just tested with a random summon rare Korth and neither Tioh's nor Korth's summons triggered Tioh's passive. Unless despawning doesn't count as them dying?

Dane is great in general as long as you're aware that the Grave of Curse boss cycle is 18s so your Dane will need to be both scrolled (would want to scroll to at least the +25% chance anyway) and built with skill haste to keep up with the first 50% of the hp bar

Hmm... I actually no idea. Might be best to try with the training dummy.
Between the two, I think Tioh has more personal damage but is squishier than Vasska.

Though all of them are melee which would make team arrangements for some of the dungeons a nightmare if running more than on (not to mention you'd also generally have a melee tank).

Miiight have trouble keeping up with the grave of curse boss cycle even with Adrie.
But the chance to apply the buff prevention debuff should be fine if you have enough accuracy. It's base 75% chance to apply per hit with 3 hits so a ~1% chance to miss all 3.

Yeah in general until the top end of Vortex it's best to 3x dps, one healer, one tank. As long as you have one atk down you should be good

Sutha and Schaltar very strong together so good choices there. If you only have rare dauntless left I suggest Yagnatz because all of his attacks are basic so he triggers Schaltar a bunch

The other option too is building Sutha tanky. He's more than capable if tanking Vortex long enough to put up a bunch of damage, and allows you to slot in another dauntless hero, Haug is the other rare that triggers basic atks with his skill

Basically the way the comp works is you have 3 batteries for Schaltar. Should put up some big numbers.

She work fine as a caster and work decently well with any summon unit tbh. Her summon doesnt count as a unit and it count as a debuff instead which mean you will have space for izzy skeleton to attack

Summon set up can be giga janky though so you should do your own testing as the summon AI can be messy at time

Goblin Team, you can use Usha+Vidimir pretty well. Sigrid can proc off the frost procs also, but less reliable with Vidi blowing stuff up.

Elecebre is top tier for PvP, and general PvE, not so great on bosses, but really top quality for late game rotation battles and pve.

Soveliss, I imagine is supposed to be used against specific pvp comps and Heretical ruins, but havnt tested him myself yet.

Dane good quality for Curse/Ancient battlefield/Goblins.

I have used both voresh and zhar and I liked zhar loth more. His fear for fey meander. His healing early to mid game and his recharge speed reduction on his battle skill is lovely. Plus him with a legendary stun set goes hard in some content. I have someone else to help setup debuffs for Sigrid so I didn’t necessarily need him but voresh is good for some bosses for his buff blocking. Still garius is above both

I did it with a lvl 100 fully skilled Frur with mix of defense and hp and an accuracy rune to help land his debuff.

It's a slog of a fight, unless an overgeared DPS can rush it down I think only a tank, preferably with a heal or shields can outlast Caricia.

Still a bit early to settle on a team I'd say, but your Traveler and Heksandra are solid picks throughout the main quest and beyond and you'll eventually get Horrus, a fire tank that is quite good.

At this moment you should be able to continue with the levelled heroes you have and eventually you'll get a hero like Sigrid or Irina that can consistently debuff enemies with Attack Down 2 which helps a lot for dungeons.

Everybody is using this exact comp with exact positioning but my Grover always dies... i may push em all to 100 even though they dont have em all 100 and still can clear this dung. Probs the shield from MC absorbed most of damage from the boss. The boss' shelding is based on how much damage he deals to your team and MC can mitigate that with his ult.

Haven't seen a lot of info on this topic so here is the team I just used to clear Once More Unto Tales of the Forest 4 (Green dragon lv 240)

Positioning was everyone clustered on the left side so

1. They would only be hit with attack penalty on first wave
2. Only the first tail swipe on second wave (manualed Sigrid to attack down for the first tail swipe)
3. Everyone can be covered by the heal AOE

Healer was at the back of the cluster to tank most of the small dragons from the boss ult wave 2.

3rd wave, tried to attack down with sigrid for the first skill then saved all ults to break shield. Sigrid actually died halfway through because I couldn't break shield in time but Lelwanis had ramped up by then so it ended up okay.

Would have been a much easier clear if I had an Ice or Necro attack down 2 unit for the 5-element bonus

Yeah. Just posted it as a reference of a team that can clear since I didn't find anything from a ctrl+f of the discord.
Kit wise, I don't thing Lelwanis and Berengar don't do anything irreplaceable by other units, they're just some of the only legendaries I have.

Berengar's main utility is the 25% damage reduction so any other tank with attack 2 down like Frur would likely be better if cycled with sigrid for 100% uptime on the debuff.

Lelwanis just does damage (and not even that much since her stacks get reset with every wave) so any other DPS should do.

Ulti gives team wide shield

Passive, if there is a shield already on a unit, casting another shield on it heals the unit

Scales off enlightenment and own units max hp, so very beefy shield when geared and scales well

Overall a good unit to help with survivability

Each dungeon has a lineup of how others played, there you can watch a video. Each dungeon has different strategies, so your question is not logical. The reason could be artifacts\level\strategy\placement\team building. I recommend inspecting each dungeon separately.

Yes. Atk penalty 2 is a must

Atk penalty 2, shield and buffs stripped before boss ulti is a must

Def2 and others are bonuses

Focus on the core 3 of alk pen 2, shield and 0 buffs on boss, then you will be able negate his shield and survive

Hi, all. I'm currently struggling to 3* goblin lair II level 1, I'm using traveller (fire) lvl 80, Horrus 70, Sigrid 70, Dorkuraz 70, Meggan 70. Obviously Meggan doesn't really belong there, but I don't have any other AoE DPS heroes, other than Tonalnan and Shink at 50 both. I don't Frurbath, which is an obvous pick here, I don't have Irina or Usha. Options I have to level are, epics: Martha, Lethander, Irma, Thurnus, Naguk, Gareth. Rares, quite a lot, but not Irina, no Usha. Right now I suppose I need to replace Meggan and Horrus with 2 more AoE DPS, so which would do the best? Also taking out Horrus would break 3 elemental synergy, so I'll need another fire/poison to fix that. I was thinking maybe Thurnus instead of Horrus for 30% attack aura and maybe Dench instead of Meggan to make Sigrid go ham because of him spreading poisons all around? Would appreciate any advice!

Hi folks, wondering if anyone can help me our with my summon team lineup? My team current team of Lucian, Feliosa, Premtsa, Gaiolere, and TOorrin doesn't do enough damage to get 3-stars on stage 5 goblin, so I am having a really hard time leveling up my heroes.

For reference, the goblins are lvl 55 while my damage dealers are around lvl 70. The damage dealers are using rare gear with enhancement +12. They have no issues surviving because I'm using 2 healers and a tank but they are very lacking in the dps department. Thanks!

Not sure about the radiant that's not martina but you will eventually need 3 teams, then 6 so wouldn't worry about it. Voresh, garius, zarloth are top tier epics and iola is really good when you need cc. Horrus is a pretty good tank and adolphus is pretty good as well

Fire/Venom is the hardest dungeon, my main comp was Fire/Poison so I grinded Ice domain with them and then made an Ice team for Fire/Poison

Game leads you into making multiple teams so honestly focus on your goblin team first so then you can level anything you may need quick

Bosses are immune to control (purple) in general so you should normally be able to frost one if your accuracy is decent

Probably a few ways to go but a tank up front to group the goblins and full AOE dps behind should do the trick for most people.

Doesn't matter how you target it, the bounces go right once and then preferentially go left for the last few :/

Its important to save gold as much as you can. Use the search function to check which items have crit dmg and rate up and stick on Sigrid, accuracy also. Get some decent gear on them and they'll fly though.

Heks and DPS take extra damage, Horrus main tanks, Elvis is there to slow for the 3rd stage, Vicuc is the off healer (can go fully to the back too)

This was mine, the layout is the same but you change out who fulfills the role basically

Third stage he will get ultimate energy fast and just do 1 hard attack with it, I couldn't face tank it so I got someone who can slow it down instead (Elvis)

if you are doing ok on dmg/time in the utior fight, horrus with ivaran's arrow, sigrid and irina with high accuracy, frost adventurer, and heksandra with decent +enlightenment should be enough

Main Character, Eurion, Heksandra, Horrus, Zarloth, Usha, Vivuc are all going to be usefull in many different areas.

For the Chest, I would suggest one of Frurbath, Garius, Voresh. Probably one of the first 2 since they are different affinities than Eurion and double as tanks/healers.

Hi all. I have a couple of questions. As I understand a good tactic is to run a flame/poison team to begin with. With my traveler being flame, and also using Horrus and Heksandra, which I understand are quite good. Currently my fourth and fifth are Noteera and Gulal.

Who would you be using as fourth and fifth from this pool? Poison: Noteera, Eches and Letalis. Fire: Bronwyn, Dubok, Zadie and Gloin.

Should I be using all my summoning currency, or does it make sense to save it up for something? Currently I am saving the orange summoning dice.

If you have the Rare Hero chest still, Sigrid is a really useful addition. I haven’t been playing too long (and am f2p) but Horrus and Heks are still regulars in my various lineup with a Fire MC. I have Skink as my enabler for Sigrid, and think Eches would look to fulfill the same role for you. Noteera still sometimes gets used because I leveled her up a fair bit, but she can be a bit unreliable with her dashing into the middle of enemies or out of full party heal range for bosses (though she has solid single target DPS, so bosses are her main use currently). I’ve been doing the same for Summoning, not sure what’s optimal though. Seems like events only are for the Helio dice, so saving those up and just using the purple dice as I get them (or when I get 5 pulls if I don’t feel like clicking a ton)

Try putting heroes like Iola and zhar loth in there. That boss isn’t immune to crowd control so if u use crowd control it gets significantly easier. Just stagger the crowd control and should be easily done.

At a glance I would say you want to go with Traveler fire, Sigrid, Heks, Tonalnan, and then either Irina, Usha, or Zhar'loth. Irina gives a 2nd attack down, Zhar'loth reduce ultimate bar speed and off heals, Usha for the most damage. Id probaby go Zhar'loth.

That being said, im not very familiar with the radiance heroes you have.

A suggestion for Curse, Gerana is good to debuff the boss with her passive , Sigrid for Attack Penalty II (and dmg), both need good accuracy. Bring MC Ice for shields , Tonalnan for dmg and Heksandra to heal, and with this team you would have elemental affinity with Hek, Tonalnan and Sigrid. If you manage to have Attack Penalty applied, no buffs and shields up when the boss does the ultimate, the damage will be low and he will gain little shield.the problem is timing all this, the boss runs on a 18 sec rotation and your heroes won't be able to keep up all the time, so going full auto is going to be tricky, you will need to delay either the shields or the attack penalty every few rounds and take a bit of more dmg for one round.

I think Fitz should help with the burns by taking all of them from your team before the boss does the ultimate, but I'm not sure if he will take all the stacks and be able to survive.

Yeah, Fitz can tank the flames , but you might need him scrolled and/or with Skill Haste in order to do it each round. I didn’t have enough skill haste so wound up alternating using him and Enna to clear

Okay got ya, thanks for the tip. Do you see a recommended lineup with my current roster? I know I will get that free wild leggo soonish, server is lvl 25 currently. Think I got some bad RNG on my leggo pulls, but I have a lot of high tiered epics and a lot of rares. I ranked 17th in last vortex , trying to push top 10..but I was super casual like first 3 days didnt realize it was divided servers so was slacking.

@rose nimbus saw your video on lightning vortex. Thanks, was very informative, but hoping for tips on dauntless lineup. I was lucky enough to pull both Ivellios and Tharivol as a low spender. So obviously i had to make a dauntless team for vortex, and i put up Cathrine and Garius for survivability. I put in Irina for the atk down, but she seems to be pretty redundant outside of the debuff. Made it past 15m on IV today, so pretty happy with that, but would appriciate any tip on how to improve the lineup without legendaries. Still have the epic selection chest, and have been considering anything from Nathaniel to Shaltar, Nimbus etc... But hard to guess what would help, and sceptical about dropping the debuff.

If you switch heks and Meg it should be somewhat functionally similar. With my line up, Heks takes no damage in the back. Mostly just there for extra support on tank. She is great to level up/ max out for vortex so no reason not to get her up regardless.

Can someone give me some advice, Ive made it to Teneebria and things are starting to get difficult. everyone says summoners scale poorly and I think im hitting that point cause my necro/ice line ups summons die to aoes before theyre rising from the ground animation even finishes half the time.. my problem is everyone also says rally is for whales and not worth building till you have multiple legendaries... but I just pulled little kid on deer so I started leveling a radiance/rally team , they seem very sturdy but like theres absolutely no dps, Im hesitant to swap out anyone though cause I know my necros needs massive healing and it maybe just undergeared/leveled thats making them do no damage

Im at a point where I can do stage 7 of the atk and hp gear dungeons, slowly making legendary gear, but stage 8 wrecks me, so im no where near efficiently farming legendary gear, Im stuck on goblin3 stage 1 and need to clear stage 2 to progress that rewards track thing. Just not clear what to do since Ive hit a point where I cant just level more, and getting new gear has drastically slowed down

For venom 9 you may want to use Meggan as healer / low hp high defense wisp bait.
Garius with banner might survive comfortably being at the Frontline.
Need some positioning and you may beat it.

For curse you need shields, dispell and attk down. So might want to use Irina / the rare lighting thief which steals buffs, maybe the ice traveller or Adolphus/Nathaniel/ other shield givets. Then it's a slow grind to defeat the boss.

For rot, vicuc is mvp, Enna if you don't have him. Shield the tank, and destroy the boss.

These two can be easily done after you clear a few venom runs.

For goblin, Sigrid and voresh are a nice duo. Throw a Frubarth or an offensive tank, the traveller and another aoe and you might be able to beat it.

Your rally team has a lot of supports. They good, maybe Sagomir ain't that great tho.

No idea about Necro team.
